Lobby and hallways were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The carpeting and linens looked updated. The problem was the bathroom. The shower rod was pulled out of the wall. It was a curved shower rod and turned sideways so it sloped down in the middle. This caused the shower curtain to hang only in the middle. After showering there is a huge pool of water on the floor. It looks like it’s been this way for a long time as the bottom of the door is swollen and rusted. Our stay was three days and not once did they make up our room once. We didn’t eat their breakfast.

Overall a good stay! Very grateful for the man who checked us in our first night for helping with the mix up, twice, with having housekeeping done. All staff were very pleasant and as a mom alone with 3 kids 5 years old and under, will definitely use this hotel in the future if needed. Only big suggestion is to heat the pool!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The only downside was the internet. We kept getting disconnected on all of our devices & had to keep signing back in.

The overall appearance of this facility was clean, though the general old smoke & carpet deodorizer used in the rooms was overpowering and very difficult for those with fragrance allergies; in addition, the air in the rooms caused congestion, sore throat and some headache & cough. Upon closer inspection, we found the window channel to be almost completely full of black mold. We were supposed to have a return stay for 2 days, but cancelled that reservation and found a cleaner hotel that did not cause any health issues & helped to resolve the previous symptoms we had been feeling. We felt safe in the space, the parking was convenient and the staff was friendly, but the breakfast options were limited and low in quantity for protein and fruit, and the noise from the ice maker in the hallway was bothersome. The rooms need some attention to cleaning and freshening without the use of the harsh chemicals to mask odors and to alleviate health issues caused by the mold.
