The tv didn’t work but we were told before we checked in. The towels were stained and very rough. Breakfast was ok if you like Tang. They served round eggs, biscuits and sausage. Only milk and coffee and Tang. Hot water took forever to get hot in the shower. The floors were nice and the tall bed comfortable.

The pillows were not laid across the bed and looked like someone had laid in the bed. The pillows were just so thin and the towels were too!
Actually the clean room was the only reason we stayed. Lucky we had our own pillows!

The property looks nothing like the pictures that are posted online. We checked in to the hotel and immediately left and went to Walmart next door to get Lysol air fresheners and spray cleaners. It smelt musty and old. The floor was dirty. The white towel was black after I wiped/mopped the floor. There was no water pressure for cold water. The toilet seat moved every-time you sat on it. For the price we paid for 2 nights we were very disappointed. If it would have not been paid for through ******* we would have checked out and left. I was not going to just not be able to get a refund. I asked the lady at the front desk if I could get a refund if we decided to leave and she said since it was through a third-party, I would not be able to so we decided just to ride it out. The website says remodeled rooms they do look remodeled, but still old.

I know you won’t share my review, and thats fine. Just typing this for the owner to read and know. The check in was easy, desk manager was friendly and helpful. But I gave all one star because we couldn’t even stay here. Floors were dirty, toilet seat was greasy, couldn’t even wash our hands because there was hairs on the soap dispenser. Hair and dust and gunk under the beds. The room was hot, air conditioner wasnt even on. Theres a gap at the bottom of the door. This is just what we saw the total of 15 minutes we were there! My kids were afraid to sit on the beds. Im just being honest and its not brutal. This hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and find. But if you want more business you gotta improve. This place was gross. Maybe some people are ok with that but im sorry me and my family were not! We didnt make a scene or a fuss, we aren’t that type of people but i thought you all should know. Thank you

I asked for a shower chair in the room and they never brought one to the room stated that ******* the third party did not communicate that I needed it. Breakfast was a joke. Choices were limited for breakfast. No TV for my first day and half of the second day claimed it was something wrong with the computer network.

Overall stay was good. Comode was not attached to the floor. Had a coffee maker, but no cups. No phone to call front desk. Room was very clean, though.

the bed was to high so when you get into it it stratched against the floor and made a terrible noise everytime you moved. Not the hotels fault but the electricity went off for about 2 hours that was not fun. Probably would not stay again.
