房间挺大的,虽然有点旧,但如果打扫干净的话,作为住宿来说也够用了。至于价格有点高,可能是因为美国整体通货膨胀,这也没办法吧。
位置很好,而且非常干净。包含早餐。唯一的问题是空调有点吵。
工作人员非常棒,食物也确实很好吃,而且酒店很干净!位置在绍姆堡也很棒!离所有地方都很近!!房间也很好……唯一的小缺点是冰箱有时会发出噪音,淋浴也偶尔有响声……不过冰箱的噪音完全没有吵醒我们,所以我们倒也没怎么在意……泳池比预想的要小,而且周日上午因为维护/清洁而关闭了,我觉得这个时间不太合适。孩子们当然很失望,因为我们没能用上泳池,而这也是我选择这家酒店的原因之一……总的来说,如果我们再来绍姆堡地区,还是会选择住在这里……

早餐的选择还是不够丰富。地理位置很好,服务也不错,但客房清洁服务有待改进。总的来说,服务挺好,员工也很友善。
服务人员热情
我对酒店员工赞不绝口!!他们超级棒,而且每个人都非常热情周到!
酒店环境安全,停车方便且免费,免费早餐美味可口,管理酒店的女士们也非常出色。
大堂和公共区域看起来翻新过,干净清新。我只希望酒店房间也能保持同样的风格和氛围。我们住的房间有些过时了,尤其是灯光和地毯。我希望房间里能有行李架、洗衣袋、浴室排气扇、全身镜、更舒适的床,以及可以在床和沙发之间旋转的电视。
我们的整体体验非常棒,如果酒店房间翻新,我们一定会再来的。
浴室里的画几乎挂不住了,热水浴缸边上长满了藻类,泳池/热水浴缸里化学物质太多,光是坐在里面眼睛就灼痛。房间里的油漆又旧又旧。泳池区去了好几次,却没有毛巾。我得问问前台要毛巾,前台说她会把柜子装满,给我们放了两条,然后又给了另外两条。早餐选择不多。
所有员工都非常友好,乐于助人。
入住/退房柜台的每个人都特别乐于助人。管理员非常友善。早餐休息室的Alice很健谈。
酒店附近有很多餐厅,步行即可到达一家大型韩国杂货店和WoodfieldMall购物中心。床需要翻新了。床中间有点凹陷。
下次我再来伊利诺伊州的时候,我一定会再次预订这里。
不推荐入住
酒店破败不堪,整体状况非常糟糕。我凌晨四点入住,因为要开车过夜,所以抵达后他们取消了我的预订。后来我打电话确认他们不会取消我的预订,他们才终于解决了问题。房间霉味重,很旧,床很硬,浴室发霉,地毯脏兮兮的,瓷砖也裂了,纱窗也破了,走廊里的空调整晚都在响。这是我在芝加哥住过的最差的一次。停车场是一堆松散的混凝土沥青——这家酒店破旧不堪,老板应该省钱,好好投资一下。3晚550多美元,看了酒店状况后,我才不会每晚只花50美元。为了自己好,千万不要预订这里。
