The young lady who helped with the reservation for my parents was great. Sge was equally kind and gelpful in person.

Broken elevator
Broken elevator. Had to walk up 5 flights if stairs. Room smelled like ****. This is my 5th or 6th time at this location and the 2nd bad experience. Normally i always feel safe and comfortable.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
the guy at front desk during night was always sleeping and seemed upset every time I asked for assistance, wouldn't even give me toilet paper, he wanted me to wait until the next day
Its old and smelly very little breakfast choices and because its so old the elevator didn't work when i checked out, I was forced to carry all our bags from the 4th floor downstairs.
