Shower head leaked still had good pressure but easy fix and toilet did not stop running. Bed was comfortable.

Checking in was fast & easy. Although our first rooms refrigerator did not work,the gentleman who was working switched our rooms right away. Things happen & break no big deal. The breakfast was excellent as was the woman who worked it.

Was disappointed with the heat/cool unit in room 205. Thermostat wasn't working properly. Set heat to 72, too warm. Reset at 70 68 and 66 too warm. Finally set AC to 76 and was able to sleep. Was up most of the night.

Breakfast was great. All their coffee was very weak. Was nice and clean, but the water only got warm and there was no stopper in the tub for a bath.

The staff was very nice and made you feel right at home. Darrell was the best. I'm sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly. When my husband and I entered our room, the very first thing we noticed was how clean it was. The whole room was spotless. From the bathroom to the kitchen was just spotless. The buffet style breakfast was the icing on the cake. Our overall stay was excellent.

The front desk staff when I checked in was unprofessional. The breakfast was not kept how it should’ve been. Grits not cooked, boiled eggs old, no muffins . A few sausages that were burned in the microwave. Not appealing

当我到达酒店并告诉前台工作人员我们有狗时，他说酒店不接受狗，而且我们不允许带狗入住。这促使我不得不在极短的时间内在这个地区寻找另一家酒店，而且价格要高得多。
前台工作人员去了另一个网站，向我展示了酒店禁止携带宠物的地方，然后我又带他去了两个显示他们允许携带宠物的网站。他们没有采取一致行动，浪费了我的时间和金钱。无法接受。仍在等待全额退款。
工作人员很友好，房间干净漂亮，早餐丰富多样且美味。
