The front desk staff are not friendly at all. The room needs a deep cleaning and mold cleaned in the shower. The lady at breakfast was the only friendly helpful person at the hotel

Best stay in Orangeburg!!!
It was awesome Ms. Latoya and Ms. Machelle were the best. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and on point. The entire staff were a delight. Highest of recommendations.

The lady who did the breakfast was very sweet and the breakfast wasn't bad. The receptionist was not very welcoming upon arrival. The room smelled funny and there was all kinds of dirt and debris in the bathroom with nasty stuff splattered all over the wall around the toilet area. The floors were sticky and the beds were awful. Very lumpy and hard. If we didnt already drive for 11 hours, we would have went somewhere else. Figured for the price, it would have at least been clean.

Bed was firm and if I was younger it would have been great but I like it softer now. A/C worked great. I dont like powdered eggs but the rest was good.

Nice place to stay near the interstate. Several places to eat near by. Pets are not allowed which is nice for us with allergies. I wish more motels would list if they have pet free rooms or floors

There was plenty of space in our room. We were surprised with a kitchen. The breakfast was good. The building is dated and in need of renovation. I was surprised by the condition.

当我到达酒店并告诉前台工作人员我们有狗时，他说酒店不接受狗，而且我们不允许带狗入住。这促使我不得不在极短的时间内在这个地区寻找另一家酒店，而且价格要高得多。
前台工作人员去了另一个网站，向我展示了酒店禁止携带宠物的地方，然后我又带他去了两个显示他们允许携带宠物的网站。他们没有采取一致行动，浪费了我的时间和金钱。无法接受。仍在等待全额退款。
