While the location was great, there were several huge issues with this hotel. The biggest issue was that our room had bedbugs had and my child was covered in bites. Additionally, there are no laundry facilities and no in room microwaves. Maid service is by request only, so your room won’t be cleaned unless you make a special request. The breakfast is free, but just so-so.

Came for a business stay, love the area, clean hotel, friendly staff & just overall clean room slight aging but that’s not the staffs faults . Would definitely stay here again.

The food area in lobby was clean and presentable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms need an upgrade. The outside of the hotel’s landscaping, parking lot maintenance and back patio area was poor.

千万别住这里！！床铺上全是尿液、粪便和其他乱七八糟的东西。我把照片发给了经理。他们道歉说会考虑部分退款。我多次尝试联系他们都没人回复，最后只好联系了*******。经理却拒绝了。服务态度差到极点。真没想到凯悦酒店会是这样。住宿条件比汽车旅馆还糟糕。
我的床单和枕套有点脏，我觉得工作人员可以更注重细节一些。地板上有玫瑰花瓣，房间里的香味也不够清新。除此之外，我很喜欢这次住宿体验。
