Came for a business stay, love the area, clean hotel, friendly staff & just overall clean room slight aging but that’s not the staffs faults . Would definitely stay here again.

The food area in lobby was clean and presentable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms need an upgrade. The outside of the hotel’s landscaping, parking lot maintenance and back patio area was poor.

Family vacation
First time visit to Chicago to see family. We usually stay at Hyatt because I know what they provide. I like the spacious rooms, the complimentary breakfast and the indoor pool was a plus.
Room was a little outdated, but with the reasonable pricing, overall we would stay here again.

It's been over a decade since I've been back here. The staff is great and very accommodating. It's aged a bit in strains/ dust but it's to be expected over the years. Nothing a good deep cleaning couldn't fix. I'm concerned about the parking. It fills up fast but it's super dark in the parking area behind the property. As a woman I would like more lighting since there's no security presence.

我在这里住了两晚，第一晚醒来就发现一只臭虫……我把它打死了，还拍了张照片。我起床四处查看，又发现了一只，于是拍了视频。我当时就觉得不行，赶紧起床，洗了个澡，拿了些我知道安全的衣服，然后去沃尔格林买了垃圾袋，把所有衣服都装进去，希望能保护好它们（当时大概是早上7点）。
我收拾好所有东西，下楼去前台说明情况，说我要去最近的自助洗衣店洗衣服，并要求全额退款。前台的人说我应该等到早上8点以后，等总经理上班后再打电话给他。我照做了，但他没有回复。我给他留了语音留言，解释了事情经过，但他一直没有回电……
我联系了*******，说明了情况，并要求退款。他们也联系了酒店，试图帮我提交索赔申请。那时我已经去了附近的希尔顿酒店，所有衣服都洗干净了，而且因为外面有90华氏度（约32摄氏度），我甚至把所有东西都留在了车里。我不想冒任何被臭虫叮咬的风险。
我一整天都在工作，*******一直告诉我酒店没有回复我的索赔申请，直到第二天他们才告诉我，酒店拒绝给我任何形式的退款……
太恶心了！！！
我们入住的房间有异味，地毯又脏又脏，还有污渍。住在那里非常不舒服。之后，我们住在另一个房间的家人被臭虫咬了。我们和酒店管理人员沟通后，第二天就离开了。我们提交了退款申请，但至今仍未收到Orbitz的回复。
第一晚过后我们就退房了。
浴室里有虫子，我们在床单底下还发现了一只。
我们要求换房，结果新房间里有死苍蝇和活苍蝇，还有很多蜘蛛。
