The tv service was a little lack luster. It didn’t seem like there were a whole lot of channels and no way to connect to home streaming services.

All the staff we came into contact with very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, but was good.

Granted its a Hyatt Place not a Hyatt, my expectation was a bit let down when i found this out. Overall the stay was nice, location was nice and convenient. The "polish" and craftsmanship of rooms and amenities was not what the typical Hyatt provides, i just had to adjust my expectation.

The area around the property was nice and the Staff was great. My only complaint was that whoever cleans the room didn't vacuum around the desk area. I guess because the carpet was dark colored they missed those spots, but i left some food out for a couple of hours to go out with my wife and when we got back I found a couple of ant on my box of food. After I killed the four ants and picked up the crumbs I seen from where it wasn't vacuumed, I didn't see anymore ants. I told the front desk and They immediately wrote everything down to get it cleaned. I recommend that they also get hand vacuum cleaners to get the spots behind the desk that the regular vacuum cleaners can't get to. other than that my room was great.

Very disappointed in my stay here . I’ve stayed here many times before never had issues,, This time had I ANT infestation in my room . Had to move rooms . I never felt comfortable again so I left a day early even though I was knowingly losing my money. Don Carter 804-802-9690

Smell
The check in was alright but when we got to the room the smell was terrible , it was already late to get different room , hotel was full

我的房间里到处都是蚂蚁。早上醒来发现水槽上、我的东西里到处都是蚂蚁。我跟前台反映后，他们说这是个常见问题，似乎并不在意。他们说可以退我一部分房费，如果这样还不满意，我就得周一再打电话给经理。
我们以前很喜欢凯悦嘉轩酒店，因为它时尚、干净、氛围轻松，非常适合短期入住。可惜的是，这次入住感觉不如以前干净舒适，有点令人失望。
