We were given two handicap room, although no one was handicapped in our party. The shower water came out in a trickle and the tub did not drain. The towel racks looked like they were ready to fall down. . I tried to call the front desk to tell them about the shower and the phone did not work.

Staff amazing. Rooms large but bathrooms are terribly small. Mold. Painted over rust. No fan in a prob 20sq ft bathroom. Beds not very comfortable. Charge for parking in an open lot. Extrerior poor maintenance. Weird smell in hallways.

The bed mattress was uncomfortable so are the pillows
No variety in breakfast buffet

Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Only complaint is that the shower was very small. I would stay again, but request an accessible room.

Clean room, very nice staff and a great breakfast. It was super crowded with students but still managed very well for those of us who were just travelling with our families.

The room was PERFECT !!!!! Thank you so much for guiding us to this hotel. It was so close to the Tin Pan music venue and just a nice clean spacious room. The breakfast was good, all though could have used a little more heat to keep it warm. But all i all , it was good !
Hyatt Place is one of our most favorite hotels to stay at !!!

我的房间里到处都是蚂蚁。早上醒来发现水槽上、我的东西里到处都是蚂蚁。我跟前台反映后，他们说这是个常见问题，似乎并不在意。他们说可以退我一部分房费，如果这样还不满意，我就得周一再打电话给经理。
我们以前很喜欢凯悦嘉轩酒店，因为它时尚、干净、氛围轻松，非常适合短期入住。可惜的是，这次入住感觉不如以前干净舒适，有点令人失望。
