Our reservation was cancelled less than 24 hours before our stay. Had to sleep in our car. Red roof inn had overbooked so they cancelled all 3rd party reservations.
We'll never book a stay there again. Not a smart business move.

There was a cigarette burn on the bedding and it was just overall dirty! $250 for 1 night is absolutely ridiculous!

It smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. On a 3 day stay, the keys stopped working twice. The TV didn’t work. There was no one at the desk when I needed to check out.

The hotel was not at fault. You overbooked by four rooms, and I got a call from the hotel the day before stating I did NOT have a reservation due to that.

My room was not clean (except fresh linens) when I checked in but was thoroughly cleaned the next day after I called it to the front desk’s attention. Low $ hotel was as expected other than that. There seemed to be long term tenants 🤔

Upon arrival, the staff was very polite. When going into the room, bathroom toilet was clogged and backed up. The hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking facility with nonsmoking rooms. All throughout the hallways you smell smoke. Couldn't really get any sleep due to music blasting right next to me. Hesitant about coming back but this hotel is affordable

Room could use a little work, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, night stand outlet and light didn’t work/wasnt plugged in and was no outlet close to plug it in.
