Room was clean, other than some sticky gummy on the floor when we walked into our room. There’s lots of dining options very close-by.

Staff, Christina helped me check in and she was a total sweetheart. Very professional and smiled naturally during the time she helped me. I will definitely stay again as long as the staff stay this sweet. Room was clean and comfortable.
Very happy with my choice to stay here.

There were some issues during our stay that staff tried to fix but never did. Our door key never worked for abut 24 hours. After we were checked the first night, someone came by about 8:30 and ask who we were saying no one was supposed to be in that room - we gave him our name and he left. We had no cups to go with the coffee in our room. When booked, it said we would have a microwave but we did not. Most of the time no one was at the front desk but would show up if you waited. All in all, nothing that bad but when put together added up to a disorganized hotel stay.

Good Stay
The bed was amazing & the room felt like an apartment. The only complaint I have is that were ants in the room by the fridge. Other than that, the stay was great.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Roaches in the rooms! No hot water! Bodily fluids on the couches! No room service for fresh towels or to make the beds. I had to leave the hotel after 2 hours of being in the room. The roaches was it for me. The manager Kiki would not refund me the nights (remind you, I never stayed any of the nights because of the disgust, I was in the room for 2 hours). I told Kiki the manager how the reviews online are exactly what my experience has been and why wouldn’t they do better to clean things up? Her response was magical, she said…”you read those reviews and still chose to stay here? Then that’s on you”. I couldn’t believe that was her response.
I had to end up getting another hotel. Spend a little more per night and stay at the new Hilton Alpharetta which is very clean and customer service is top notch!
Disappointed in you Hyatt. Even more disappointed with the management and KIki!

Front desk Ali was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. However the hotel has incorrectly charged me for the daily amenities. Instead of being a hold(authoriize only) they have procssed as a sale, so now i have paid for it 2x. I reached out to the Manager onnthe 2nd dY amd sdvised they charged me incorrectly and tshe aaid itnwould be reversed inna few days. At the end of my stay i mentioned to her its still not reversed. I got back home and a few days later i called the Manager again (3rd time) and she said it would be reversed. Yeaterday I called her again (4th time) and she said it would be reversed. I have no idea how.lomg is this takingnand i have been back home 2 weeks now. Still no reversal. I will end up advis8mg my credit card company it was an unauthorized charge. Overall service was good except the double charge for each night and i was there 6 days.
