There was a mouse in the room. I watched it crawl across the couch and run across the floor. Not once but twice! I left the hotel afterwards and was told by the hotel I had to reach out to ******* to receive a refund. I contacted ******* which then said they had to contact the hotel. I was told I would not receive a refund. Absolutely disgusting and wrong!!!!

Initially had issues with TV not working and room not being fully stocked with bathroom essentials, (it could use a deep cleaning.) Staff was very friendly, responded quickly to room issues.

The shower curtain should be changed. It had mold on the bottom.
Also burned holes on the bed spread. I found a thousand legger dead on the sheet. On the second day. Used bar of soap left on the shower.

总体来说，入住体验还不错，入住手续办理得非常慢，房间布置得乱七八糟。我们第一个房间地板上到处都是虫子，没有卫生纸和毛巾，看起来好像其他人刚离开，他们让我们在他们后面办理入住。我们第二个房间仍然不太干净，还有一股怪味，我觉得我完全浪费了钱。
如果你不介意养宠物的朋友，它相当厚，然后他们打赌床单，这是你抽的一支小香烟，后面没有吠叫。设施的门和香烟遍布台面和天花板上生锈的沙砾，你会喜欢它的。
这个地方的照片非常具有欺骗性，因为当你进入房间时，它看起来并不像那样......没有干净的肥皂可以洗手......虽然它很干净，但这个地方正在倒塌

房间凌乱，电梯停止服务，游泳池停止服务，不提供午餐。那么为什么要付这么多钱呢？
