酒店回复: i am sorry that you encountered these issues. we were unable to move your room because your room type was sold out. our swimming pool was proper chemical balance of requirements, but remained closed till the city was able to do their inspection. which is how public pools work. i checked out your tv and the issue i found with it was that you had belongings located on top of the dresser blocking the sensor. after moving those it was working fine. we replaced your ac with a new one to complete your concerns that you brought to our attention. be safe stay safe

Across the street from the beach. Plenty kf places to shoo and eat. Next to the trolley stop. Front desk lady was the best. Very friendly abd informative. Breakfast was ok. Nothing big. Creal, waffles, yogurt, toast, bagels and fruit. Just something to start your day.

The pool is the size of a backyard fish pond. It is NOT “on the beach” as stated & it does not have an ocean view. It also has a similar name to a nicer hotel down the street. I must say that the desk clerk did try very hard to right things & allow me to stay at their sister hotel (with the view & on the beach) However, I still don’t see a refund on my credit card.

I stay in this hotel twice a year and enjoy every moment of my stay there. Very clean, close to the beach, lots of shopping and dining options. But the most amazing is the staff who are always there to help with your requests. I only mentioned in my check in review that I missed the coffee maker in my room and five minutes later the hostess was at my door with the coffee maker. Thanks to the people who run this place.

千万不要被酒店的外观给“骗”了。房间内部是全新装修升级过的。
工作人员非常乐于助人，态度也很和蔼，他们还为我们推荐了附近的活动等等。
这里的员工非常友好，非常细心地满足您的需求。他们竭尽全力。价格也不错，尤其是它就在海滩对面，穿过马路，经过一家酒店，步行不到5分钟就能到达。房间干净宽敞，配有沙发床。我的总体体验非常棒。
如果你喜欢脏乱差的房间，没有空调，泳池也脏得要命！
我们最终因为几个原因提前离开了。房间本身很脏，脏得我脚底都留下了污渍；房间里的空调坏了；电视坏了；泳池也很脏。看起来好像过滤器坏了，导致池水积水，这简直就是蚊子滋生的温床。当我告诉前台这些问题时，他们甚至没有提出帮我们换房间。他们硬是给我们换了一台新的空调，而我们当时还住在这个房间里。唯一的好处是离海滩很近，而且我们提前离开时，没有退还住宿费。
地理位置绝佳！街对面就是海滩，步行即可到达餐厅和商店。房间翻新过，唯一不足的是沙发床不太舒服，不过我们买了个充气床垫。员工都很友好，乐于助人。性价比很高！
