The television and phone didn’t work. It was so noisy they had to move us to another room. We had been traveling for 14 hours and needed sleep. This is a one and done stay for me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I cared about.

The location is great if you are broken down amd need to walk back and forth between Firestone and the hotel for a day. It is clean with abgood shower, good bed and mediocre breakfast. Dated, old and kind of smells old. Front desk is efficient but not friendly. Newer places at lower prices and better are in Jackson

Room was expected. I went through with the early check in process before I arrived as requested by the hotel but upon arrival, I had to go through with all of it once again which defeated the purpose of early check in.

Breakfast was pretty sad, didn’t offer much. The bed was clean and comfortable. The rooms were relatively clean. Looks like they are remodeling but not hiring expert contractors. But over all it was fine. Bed clean and comfortable. That’s a big plus for us

The hotel was fine, we got in late and didn't see much, we were looking for going to bed and getting up and traveling some more. The bed was not your typical hotel mattress so we didn't sleep well. But for one night it was just fine.

I asked the front desk about cleaning the rooms. Was told every other day. Checked in Friday,Oct 4th. Saturday there wasn't batter to make waffles. Sunday evening my room wasn't cleaned. I saw the gentleman cleaning on the first floor and told him i was here 2 days could he clean my room. Nothing. Went to front desk to informed them my room wasnt cleaned. I changed the linen my self . Told front desk no hand soap in women's bathroom on first floor. Nothing. Man at front desk apologize and said he will inform the manager. I would not stay here again

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while. The staff were so friendly. The coffee bar was available at all times and hot cookies were served from 8-9 pm. The breakfast was nice and the room was quiet and restful!

Only waffles bread muffins and cereal with shared gallons of milk not sanitary at all orange juice taste spoiled - not there 5 mins and stranger knocked on my door stating DoorDash they should have them drop it off at the front desk for safety reasons.

The bed was worse than sleeping on concrete and our tv didn’t work. Asked front desk to move our rooms or atleast fix tv and they refused. I’ll never stay there again
