Arrived at room, no seating chair other than desk chair. Called, was advised had queen bed, chair only with king bed. One bath towel stained, both felt super rough. There was a hair on the bathtub. Bed was very uncomfortable and noising when sitting on. Breakfast was in one word, poor. Had to use phone at the desk to call for assistance, even checking in. No one responded when we checked out. Stay was for funeral, just added to negative experience. Will never stay there again.

Went for racing. The place could use a good cleaning. Housekeeping did nothing for us even though we asked them for things. Breakfast was cold and terrible so we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

Sheets flipped inside out, stained pillow cases, odd parking lot unfinished in the rear with trash like beer bottles, hardware nails, scrap, etc. Room doesn't match the photo of the one selected. Was offered a less expensive smaller room for the same price upon check-in.

do some landscaping,make the rooms more homey I had one crappy chair, and only one night stand. the room was large enough for more comfortable accommodations, make an effort

No check in staff at desk, limited English speaker contacted registration staff by phone, and gave me key card, but I wasn't sure if there was anything else I was supposed to do. I never did see anyone at the desk during my stay.

Air in lobby was most likely off very warm in the lobby extremely hot outside room ac was turned off I turned it on and had to leave room wasn’t comfortable yet came back after a store run and was fun. I’d recommend they have ac on when they know guests are arriving

房间有霉味和潮湿感。踢脚线周围都是灰尘和死虫子。空调滤网积满了灰尘。附上了浴室的照片。地板有几处踩上去软软的。瓷砖松动了，一踩就有黑色的脏水从下面渗出来。淋浴间的瓷砖根本就没有粘牢，踢脚线和瓷砖上都是霉菌。花洒是用扎带固定的。毛巾看起来不干净。墙壁石膏板腐烂了，油漆也起泡了。浴室用的是没有保护罩的浴霸灯泡，万一碎了玻璃渣会到处都是。有小孩的话太不安全了。晚上睡觉的时候，其他住客在停车场开派对，我和我孙子被吵得直到凌晨一点多才睡着。迷你冰箱几乎不制冷。我以后再也不会住这家汽车旅馆了，也不推荐给任何人。床和枕头倒是挺舒服的。唯一的问题是床头板后面我看到了灰尘和食物残渣。电话机坏得很厉害，不确定是否还能用。自动售货机几乎都是空的。
