The front desk staff was not very frienly or wecoming both at check in and check out. The did their job but seemed to be distracted and annoyed.

Overall, I really don't have many complaints. The staff was nice, but not overly friendly or happy. Our room had a lot of places that could have been dusted. The bathroom fan was full of chunks of dust and the lighting is HORRIBLE. The pillows and mattresses are very uncomfortable. Even my 18 year old said she was very uncomfortable when sleeping. The breakfast was good. Everything was hot and they did a good job of keeping things clean. The pool area is older, but kept up as well as they can. The walls are SOOOO thin! We were woken up numerous times by people laughing, talking, stomping and at 2 in the morning, we were woken up by people being SOOO loud, including their young child. (Not the hotel's fault) just know you'll hear everything through the walls! We would probably stay here again, just not on a weekend , because of all the kids and noone has any consideration for others any more.

Room was so spacious, check in was easy and hotel was quiet. The only thing is I wish they would restock towels if you are staying more than one night cause they don’t clean room everyday. Would stay again

Best hotel I’ve stayed in only down side was fire alarm goes off in the bathroom if you take too long of a shower

The staff was very friendly, the property was well maintained. The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable and the space was great for our family trip.
