Room and whole hotel was absolutely disgusting. Checked into our room. Rice all over floor and carpet. Bedding torn. Pool had green mold on bottom. Bathrooms, elevators, vending out of service. The hotel was disgustingly dirty. The only thing that made it tolerable was Christine at the front desk and Kelsey and Doug in the bar. The staff was amazing. Update your pictures *******. So dissatisfied and disappointed. The only thing keeping this hotel in business is the staff.

They seriously need to hire some competent help for front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant, fix the broken ice machine, clean the rooms, and repave the parking lot.

The room was very dated. It had a slight musty smell and the carpet had stains. The chair in the room smelled terrible while sitting in it. The linens seemed fresh although I always assume they aren't. I search very well for bed bugs with a stong flashlight everywhere I stay. The only reason we did not leave is due to NOT finding any. I mistakenly booked this room thinking it was another hotel. From now on i will buy the cancelation policy. I hate hotels period let alone old ones. I give it 2.5 stars for cleanliness and 4.5 for staff friendliness.

I had registered in advance online. I arrived late and it was their last room. The lobby was filthy and the hotel was enormous with only about a dozen cars out front. We got to the room and the beds were slept in and there were empty beer cans all over. We went back to front desk to learn they had no other rooms. In the end we learned that more than 1/2 the rooms in the hotel were decommissioned. We ultimately got a room from another reservation which smelled like chlorine and was 85 degrees.

Pick somewhere else

First off I walked into the hotel lobby and it smelled like cigarettes, then the parking lot wasn't well lit and was full of potholes and not even 10 minutes after check in I went down to the car to grab some things and there were 3 police cars in the parking lot. There were several people yelling and running down the hallway all night and people screaming outside, dogs barking. Very sketchy area. On top of that our door wouldn’t even lock because it wouldn’t close all the way. There were many broken items in this hotel such as the elevator, ice machine, bathrooms, etc.

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. Blown lightbulbs in the lamps. Hair in the shower. The room smelled bad. Carpets were dirty. Very dusty. Stuff under the bed I’m assuming from previous guest. Ice machine is not working. They provided carts for you to bring your luggage in, but the parking lot was full of potholes so that was useless. Hot tub was broke. It was just nasty.

The front desk lady’s couldn’t help me I couldn’t get extra towels there were no pool towels the hot tub had dirt all around it someone literally wrote there name in the filth ! My room was dirty under bed and had a stain on the carpet ! Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7 didn’t open till 8 and they closed at 9 and the elevators were both broke so had to walk up and down the steps ! Also the people who work there take there kids to work with them !
