First of all this is my second long stay. And i can tell you first night last year was down the street. First turn off was pull in and qr code 10.00 parking, front desk not pleasant. Morning breakfast not great. No kitchen in room. But then I moved down the street to Towneplace Suites. Better rate, kitchen, larger room, parking was free last year, but seems this year charged 5.00, somewhat disappointing from corporate office because all others doing they are doing attitude! But first person I met was Daryn, great guy and great greeting and throughout my stay always the same great attitude and helpfulness. Next morning came down for coffee and breakfast. First thing greeted by Iverson, who had the 5am coffee ready, greetings and well wishes everyday. No exceptions consistent and always helpful with a have a great day attitude! Coffee better than down street and food choices better and healthier with better service times! And this was due to Trudy and Emmanuel. Place was clean, they were friendly and same smile and greetings! Later I decided this was my place, so I talked to Candice. Who handles longer stays and events, same warm greetings. She was able to work a good rate for my month. During the mid day I got to meet Kandy, she too continued the warm greetings and smiles and well wishes, helped with any of my concerns and passed on messages to Candice for me with follow through. Rooms were clean, beds made nicely, having a closet and separate couch area was great. Kitchen area was a nice bonus not to have to eat out every night. Thanks to the cleaning staff. All I can say is that month plus the week this year was a joy! I felt like family, greeted like a friend and realized I found my hotel, my kinda people and would never consider going elsewhere. Whether you are over night or long term this is where you need to stay!

The staff was very nice. This is not a new hotel, it is an older hotel with a name change. The low rating was the noise. We told the front desk about it and was told the manager would get back to us. It has now been a week, no manager. The noise was the heating unit in room 109 was very loud. It was in the bedroom. You could not sleep at all. The hotel engineer tried to fix it but could not. The outside temp was below 32 degrees. We went to a local store and purchased a space heater, the hotel did not have one. We turned off the hotel heater and used our space heater. Not a very pleasant stay. Place no contact from the manager was terrible.

The room was really nice and quiet. The only downside that the HDMI wasn’t recognizing my fire stick and the microwave smelled like it was burnt when I warmed up food. Other than that, a very nice place to stay.

Prior to my check-in, the front office manager, Daryn, reached out to touch base and let me know I could contact him if I needed anything so they could ensure our stay went smoothly. I messaged him back to let him know I would be arriving very late and wanted to make sure that wouldn’t be an issue. He assured me he’d note it on my reservation and that someone would be available to assist me when I arrived. A few hours before check-in, I stopped by the hotel to drop off my vehicle and checked with the front desk to make sure it was okay to leave my car there. I was warmly greeted by a woman at the desk who assured me it was no problem. While passing through the lobby, Daryn realized he was just emailing me and immediately jumped on the computer to check for an available room. He was able to find one and went ahead and checked us in early to save us time when we returned in the early hours of the morning. The service from Daryn and the rest of the team was wonderful. They truly went above and beyond for us. When we arrived at our room, we found it spacious and spotless. The hotel is a new build and a beautiful facility overall. The room was well-designed, with a kitchen and a small living area with a couch. It’s an ideal place for an extended stay, but it was perfect for a one-night visit as well. I will absolutely be returning to this hotel whenever I’m in Annapolis again.

On first impressions this hotel looks very good, however as it is situated on a junction, there is a lot of traffic noise and courtyard view rooms have noisy air conditioning units outside which are also noisy. Our bathroom was dirty on arrival with hair in the sink and shower. We stayed 5 nights and had no bed linen change and fresh towels only once. Toilet rolls are like gold dust and I had to request one from reception. Worse of all is security. Our room had the door left open all day on once occasion and due to the fact there is no safe in the room we were very lucky not to lose anything. There appears to be very small lock boxes behind the reception desk which offers no privacy whatsoever. Would I recommend this hotel? NO. Would I stay there again? Not even if I was paid to do so.

We had a great stay here last week. Clean room. Kind service. Thank you, Kandi, for making us feel welcomed. It's a renovated property and excellent alternative to some of the older properties needing a renovation in the area. Highly recommend Chinese restaurant in nearby shopping center and Leo in downtown Annapolis for meals.

Front desk person (I wish I got her name!) Was super friendly and quick to check me in because she saw in my face I had a long hard day and she went out her way to brighten my day! The rooms were nice and clean, quite comfortable. This place is at the top of list for my next stay.
