It was pretty great, though again there was an elevator not working, again. This year there were at least 2 that worked of the three, instead of the 1 the previous year. Overall a nice stay.

我去打开床头柜抽屉时，抽屉把手和木质面板竟然脱落了，掉在地上，差点砸到我的光脚。
卫生纸也总是从卷筒上脱落，掉到地上。
我向前台反映了这些问题，他们却说我可能要承担损坏赔偿。我住的是无障碍客房，因为我患有中度至重度类风湿性关节炎，除了手以外几乎没有其他力气，所以根本不可能造成任何损坏。被这样指责的感觉很不好。其实我没必要报告损坏情况，只是觉得应该这么做。
不过，床很舒服，我很感谢接驳车司机送我去机场并帮我搬行李。
房间非常干净！淋浴间也干净舒适！
办理入住的工作人员在我银行卡出现问题时特别热心，还帮我保管了沉重的行李！
预订这里是因为地理位置优越，在市中心非常理想。工作人员友好热情，包括第三方代客泊车服务，我强烈推荐。
我的空调出风不冷，所以这很不方便。其次，我完全赞成所有带孩子的家庭住在同一楼层。晚上11点30分，孩子们还在走廊里尖叫着跑来跑去。真不爽。
床和枕头都非常舒服。淋浴喷头可以按摩。房间里的咖啡很好喝，入住时送的饼干也很好吃！感觉自己受到了很好的照顾！
市中心区域夜间非常安静，甚至连代客泊车服务午夜就关门了。步行即可轻松抵达首都球场或卢格纳特棒球场。夜间附近没有商店或咖啡馆。房间非常舒适，员工非常友善。入住体验非常愉快。
去密歇根州立大学很方便，但路上坑坑洼洼！
住宿费用不含停车费，而且对于密歇根州立大学外州学生家长往返酒店不方便。因为这个问题，以后不会再住了。
