We had a bed bug in one of our rooms. We also were very specific in the booking that we needed a room that is wheelchair accessible and the room they put us in (even with a reminder at the desk of our request) a room with a step into it. We immediately checked out after the bed bug incident and requested a refund. Do not recommend.

酒店回复: We already refund in that room but as per our house keeping staff there is no any bugs in that room also when they chk out that room ,we check that room all messyall foods in the bed . Guest chk in around 3pm and after 4 hrs stay in that room they said bed bud. That"s not true.

loud. had to unplug the fridge cuz it was buzzing loudly. people were loud all night. my bedside alarm went off at midnight 😿 both front desk peeps i talked to were very friendly, tho.

I never stay here more than a night at a time here on my semi-regular drives between Colorado and California, but it has become my top pick of the budget motel options in Holbrook because it feels safe and relatively homey. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are always clean.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the desert. The sunrise was absolutely stunning! The only downside was the breakfast — it was a bit weak. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay

Nice property and very convenient. Very clean. I only wish there was hot water for the shower at night instead of lukewarm. I’d stay again however.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable…just a noise issue with people walking above me at 3:30 am. Would stay again if through this area.

The hotel was okay. The room was clean but smelt like cigar smoke. The pool was nice a warm and the hit hot tub was hot. The continental breakfast didn't give very many food options.
