While the overall appearance is not bad, the upkeep and maintenance of the rooms and property are not up to par. The drywall in the dining area needs attention and repair, missing baseboard in one of the room's bathroom as well as drywall in the same room. In another room, the bathroom had drywall issues and underneath the desk had carpet that was frayed and not tucked in properly. Lightbulbs were out in 3 fixtures! Also, in both rooms, WIPE DOWN THE BATHROOM DOOR! Just overall bathroom cleanliness like wiping the flior corners and top edge of baseboards! Makes you cringe.
Just showed lack of attention and upkeep. There were a lot more things but this was general observations.
Check-in staff was not a friendly person. Checking out was 2 people who would rather talk to each other than thank the guest for choosing La Quinta or just ask general questions like any customer based business would.

Rooms are pretty wore out. Stains on curtains and some of the bedding. Bathroom is ROUGH. Sink is broken, shower was stained with dirt. Staff was very friendly. Will not stay again

I purchased a room that states online that it slept 5 people. They gave me a room with 2 full size beds and tried to convenience me that we were supposed to sleep 3 to a bed. That is rediculous! They did not have a room that slept 5 people and knew that this was advertised as such. The manager did not provide a solution. Aside from that issue, the room had broken doors that looked as if someone punched them. It had a weird substance running down the walls that looked like someone slimed the room. I would not recommend this place.

The room had a strange odor. Stains on the chair. Bathroom floor was dirty. Hair was in the beds. The doors didn’t shut correctly and wouldn’t latch unless slammed.
The staff was friendly.

The fridge had mold growing in it and it smelled terrible. There were no lights in the entry way and in some of the lamps. Overall the room felt dirty.
