service was terrible, rude staff and as a diamond member of hilton I have never experienced this type of service staying at embassy suite. sadly super disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone in the mke area.

The staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast was tasty and of a large variety. And the pool was clean daily. The room was in good, up- to- date condition and clean on arrival.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was perfect. We REALLY enjoyed having a door to separate the bedroom and the living area.
Our only negative was that the room was showing its age: a stain on the chair, a stain on the curtain, a stain on the bathroom ceiling. It was all clean, just stained.

Queen size suite was GREAT value for price. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, restaurant quality, omelette station and all.

Mahia at the breakfast area was very efficient , very pleasant & a good asset to the hotel.
Bathroom becomes WET, when you take a shower: shower curtain is short & the water splashes outside the curtains or DRIPS on areas outside the shower area. Try taking a shower in 136 . 😂.
And lotion dispenser was BROKEN. We brought our own lotion though so, not a big deal.
Room is LARGE enough, comfortable vs rooms in Europe which are as big as you guys toilet. 😂😂😂. We travel so we experience the very BIG difference.

This was without a doubt the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was so many incredible things about our stay, from the friendly staff - literally- every single person from the check in to the bartender- was so kind!! The fitness center had Peloton bikes and free weights that were 50 pounds plus. The managers reception at night gave you free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was incredible. A homemade omelet station along with so many other options (pancakes/ sausage/ potatoes/ fruit / iced coffee / soda fountain and more). Our room was huge as well, with a kitchen table which came in incredibly handy as we traveled with our child. I was beyond impressed with our stand and will absolutely book this hotel again in the future.
