Nice and quiet, and mostly older people. Spacious room that was nice and clean. Will definitely return

1. The studio unit did not have a kitchenette. When we booked the unit we expected to find a cooking appliance, there was none. According to any internet search "A studio apartment is defined by its layout—a single, undivided space that serves as your living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Technically, it doesn't matter how big or small the room is". As such Worldmark misrepresents its room classification. The check-in crew refused to move us to an accommodation with cooking appliance. Instead they told us to call Worldmark central booking to follow up, where we were informed that Wordmark has no ability to make such change, literally calling the check-in crew "liars". When we confronted check-in crew, they recommended calling RCI. RCI was also helpless, because they do not manage Worldmark bookings, so obviously we were just given a run about. What we did learn was that the Studio classification was applied because of the size of the room. This is yet another misrepresentation, the Wordmark Studio is listed at 275 sqf, while many larger rooms in comparable hotels and resorts are classified as Standard Hotel rooms (ex: Holiday Inn in Prescott,Room Size: 279 sq. ft. – 391 sq. ft.). The common and accepted definition of Studio does NOT include size in the definition. 2. Our unit had a single window, overlooking directly in the stairs to second floor and cleaning storage area. We had no privacy, unless we kept the curtains closed. In the morning, starting at 7:30am, there was a constant noise from the cleaning staff, whether it was from moving carts, loading supplies or just simply loud discussions. I do expect a certain amount of noise when guests are moving around, but this was excessive and unacceptable, completely negating relaxing vacation atmosphere. We are very disappointed with Worldmark Scottsdale.

If you are not worried about the AC being very loud, then stay. Overall service was good. No cleaning in the unit unless you stayed for 14 or more days. Internet only for owners, not RCI. Must pay $50 for internet use.

We chose this resort due to location of two events this weekend. First of all this is not a resort , it’s more like a hotel. We chose studio only due to no 1 bed until was not available for our stay. We arrive 3:45pm, greeted by staff, started check in process, was told our room was not ready and that he didn’t know when it would be, and took my phone # to text me when ready. And reminded me check in time wasn’t until 4pm or latter. At 4:01 pm went back up to the check in desk, this time a lady helped and said our room was ready. Come on -how rude to make your guest wait 15 minutes just to hand them room keys, when your paying the price we did this should not have been an issue for anyone, but some higher up there is really missing customer service when you play games like that. The room has a feel of a motel 6 , and I haven’t been to a motel 6 in 40 years. Stay away from this place as you will not be comfort it is so small you don’t have even a night stand on one side of the bed. There is a small microwave, that takes up the entire kitchen sink area, a small rusted sink , coffee pot . Dishes for 4 , which I don’t understand , no dish washer. No drain rack if you wanted to use and wash. Tiny fridge like in a dorm. That makes so much noise all night . Bed was King size and comfortable. Bathroom was ok , conditioner was empty. 2 large towels, 2 medium towels, 2 face cloths. Toilet paper was almost empty. Why not just put a new roll in so disgusting. Our room assignment was 2 floor, no elevator. So if your handicap this definitely wouldn’t work for you. We also had to pay $108 to clean room. Because this was only 2 night stay . Made this room $54 more per night . Once again this is not a resort, it’s more like a hotel.

Beautiful resort, but between staff whose only concern is your attending sales presentation and not fixing the non-functioning amenities and/or ensuring your overall comfort and enjoyment, there's a problem!

From check in to check out, we did not have a good experience! Our room was FILTHY. Requested, at a minimum to have floors vacuumed and mopped only to find out they didn’t vacuum. Furniture and bedding was so uncomfortable it was unbearable to sit in the living room and sleep with any comfort. Trying to get any resolution or solution from staff was near impossible. They were high pressure sales too. My family will never return to this resort! Would not recommend when there are so many others nearby

The resort charges $50 for a week of internet access for 3 devices - this is absurd!!! We are very disappointed with Worldmark Scottsdale.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Our main purpose was to go to spring training for the first time. I actually just walked to the Salt River Field and most of the stadiums are within a 30-40 minute drive so it's well located to visits all the parks. There is a market, Starbucks, shopping ,parks and restaurants within a few miles also so it's a very convenient place to stay. Our room seemed to have been recently renovated, and it was very roomy and comfortable. The only downside is the shower, which is tiny. You can barely turn around in it. There is also a bathtub in the bathroom. The bedroom is also roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are no elevators in most of the buildings so you will have to inquire if that is an issue. The pool was nice and has a good size hot tub. I had read reviews which weren't too great about the age of the units but ours was recently redone and we were very happy with it and we will return
