入住时，我们告诉酒店工作人员，我们是带着儿子来的，他第二天要做腿部手术，酒店给我们安排了一间三楼的房间，没有电梯。第一天晚上，由于航班延误，我们到得很晚，房间没有完全打扫干净，我们太累了，没法处理，以为第二天清洁人员会处理垃圾。第二天手术后，我们没能把儿子带回房间，所以我们去了其他地方。第三天晚上，我们带着儿子一瘸一拐地回到房间，却发现钥匙不能用了。后来，儿子的手被卡座上看不见的玻璃碎片割伤了。我们决定第二天提前退房，由于是通过 ******** 预订的，酒店表示我们无法退还当晚的房费。
健身房和泳池都很棒！工作人员非常友善，Carlos 特别帮我简化了入住流程，甚至还帮我换了房间，因为他理解我是单身女性，不想住在底层。强烈推荐！
