The hotel was very clean. Everything was in great working order. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. I definitely would stay there again.

Staff was awesome. There was mold growing on top of the shower which was gross brought it to there attention no apology offer for remuneration anything. Other than that everything was great as far as I could tell. Beds were a little too firm for me. Linens were clean and very comfortable.

First they refused to check us in 20 minutes early. We were then going to sit in lobby to wait and i was going to get a coffee from the breakfast area and was told it was for paying guests only. (we had reservations). Breakfast was cold and terribly equipped with silverware, plates, cups. We loved the rooms and bedding was amazing, but staff and services were horrendous.

酒店回复: Hi Tina, If housekeeping is still cleaning rooms we absolutely will not check anyone in early. This is why check in time is at 3pm to allow staff to clean. Breakfast can get terribly busy and yes stuff can get low. It just takes a few minutes for staff to refill. Sometimes you just need to have patience. Have a great day! We appreciate your feedback.

Clean, comfortable beds in the rooms. Has continental breakfast. Hotel is close to anything nearby. Price is perfect. Great stay overall!

The rooms are nice and clean. There was no gas stations or small stores in the area ti purchase drinks or snacks. Vending of course was expensive. We got to the hotel 30 minutes early and there was absolutely NO early check ins. This was disappointing, as there was nothing close to entertain. Check in staff was not friendly at all.

Better than most.
We asked for handicap. We did receive first floor. The air conditioning on high cool when first arrived-9pm. It was cold in room. We turned heat on- there is no regulation on cooling or heating- so then hot in room. The beds are very firm, hard on back.
The breakfast was wonderful all items- scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee, etc. That was the very best breakfast served. Area is in a quiet area.

The folks at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Two quick things that would have improved my stay. 1. Covered seating near an ashtray. I don't mind going outside but it rained the whole time I was there, and the outdoor seating had no ashtray. And, please add Tylenol, ibuprofen, and aspirin to your vending machines. You could save lives.
