Motel is in a secluded area but was nice tried to use the pool and hot tub but no towels available asked at the front desk say they were in the wash waited 45 minutes and not weren’t but out breakfast was good

When you register 4 people in a room, there should be 4 towels not 3. The next day we only received 2 towels. There weren’t any pool towels either day. Our fridge wasn’t working but once we went to the front desk it was fixed that day. The hotel was clean in the main areas. The smell on the 2nd floor at the end of the hallway was unpleasant.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was quit good. Room had a musty smell and floor felt gross. Pool was closed on our last day for no apparent reason.

Room was clean and nicely organized. Unfortunately with having a bad back I found the beds to be a little soft. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and considerate. Check in and Check out were flawless.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a family medical emergency while on vacation and ended up needing a hotel in Duluth for several days. They were gracious with our unknown plans. This is a good value for the area and worth the drive from downtown Duluth. It is clean and well managed as well as recently renovated.

周五晚上为我们办理入住的男员工非常友善和乐于助人。酒店干净无异味。欧陆式早餐不错，女招待非常好，主动向我们问好并询问是否需要帮助。我们住了两晚，令我惊讶的是第一晚后竟然有客房清洁服务。现在这样的服务已经很少见了。即使酒店位置稍微偏僻一点，我还是会推荐这家酒店。
