The registration was great. The bed was comfortable and clean but the room needs a lot of repairs…leaky roof, TV not functioning properly, door was jammed.

Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great, floors were very dirty. Staff was very friendly at check in and out, however while eating breakfast, which was coffee, tea, toast, cereal, oatmeal, apples,waffles…the overnight girl was watching a show with explicit language. Property is well lit but many lights were flickering. Property is located literally next to I-95…it is extremely noisy all night! It seems that when you book through a third party you are put in the less desirable area of the property..the back of the property! There were cars with flat tires, trailers full of junk, campers set up by the pool area and it appears that low/no income families are living there. Not a place we will be staying at again!!

酒店回复: Dear guest, IT don't matter if you book third party or not it all what we have available. The RV'S in the back are being rented out. And the trailer was not full of junk it was full of pressure washing equipment. And we still have FEMA people here from the hurricane's last year. We do apologize that homing them because they have no home to go to bothers you. Also we apologize that the workers that rent the RV spots in the back that are away from their families for years at a time bother you. but i hope you travel safely and have a happy holidays.

Room was not clean. Staff was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. When we asked about the room and air, the staff threw things and got very angry. Air conditioning/heat not working. We left shortly after checking in and went to a different hotel.

The hotel is not what it was two years ago. They false advertise a breakfast. The hotel is now crawling with hoodlums. My first room wreaked of ****. Requested a second room and it too smelled of ****. They shouted that they have a problem and told me that the “visitors” not the guests are the problem. The visitors?

Room had roaches, shower head broken & bathroom was not cleaned. Outside of the motel is pest control boxes placed throughout the property. You get what you pay for! I will never stay there again!!!

酒店回复: Dear Guest, As we are a outside hotel we do have bugs that come in. We have pest control that comes out twice a month. Most of the roaches in the room is flying roaches that come from outside. We do have pest control boxes outside due to the woods we have pest try to come in the rooms and inside the building. Its hard being an outside hotel but we do everything possible to keep the rooms pest free. travel safely.

Violation of Rule Number One: I did not feel safe in this Hotel. The door opened directly to the outside and had clearly been pried open before. Almost every one of my neighboring hotel mates were sketchy. Violation of Rule Number Two: The room was situated within 300 feet of a super highway. Roaring truck engines and tires all night. Run down room. Threadbare linens. Nothing about this hotel was good.

酒店回复: Dear Guest, As we have new linens in the room and we are very new remodeled. And yes you might of not liked the noise on the highway but coming on here and telling a fib about our rooms is not good.
位置还不错，入住手续也很顺利，床睡起来挺舒服的。
不过我觉得地板打扫得不太干净，有些污渍，卫生间的地板甚至有点粘。浴缸也有污渍，可能是因为酒店比较老旧的缘故吧。游泳池周围有围栏。
酒店区域有点吵，能听到高速公路上的车流声。免费早餐就是咖啡、麦片、速溶燕麦片和酸奶。如果只住一晚的话还可以接受，但我不会再来了。
酒店需要好好整修一下了。第一个房间简直吓人，但前台很快就给换了房间。汽水机坏了，没有游泳池，而且还有长期住户。酒店位置就在高速公路旁边，附近有很多餐馆。
