The hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, cozy. But the rooms need a deep cleaning. The carpet needs shampooing. The walls, ceilings, floors needs to be sanitized, bleached,etc. They only do surface clean. The staff is cool, though. And the price is excellent. Breakfast is pretty good, but could use some protein options. I just bring my own cleaning products, because all and all I definitely enjoy my stay. Will be back for sure.

There are several spaces for the airport shuttle to be outside the Atlanta airport. We found it very confusing at the end of a very long day and late at night. Since Quality Inn has several hotels in the area, accordingly there were several shuttles running. It was hard to find the shuttle we wanted. They should be clearly identified where they are going, with the address of the hotel clearly visible. I ended up going to the wrong location and ended up taking Uber to the right hotel. I suggest Quality Inn and all the other hotels work with the Airport Authority to streamline the shuttle pickup area. I would currently rate that area a 2 on a scale of 10.

干净卫生的酒店
首先,这家酒店对国际航班的抵达或出发旅客来说毫无用处:你必须从国际航站楼单独乘坐穿梭巴士到国内航站楼,因为他们只在那里接送。地理位置也令人怀疑:前台告诉我周五晚上9点左右不要独自去加油站。酒店本身还不错,早餐有点基本。走廊的地毯看起来像是50年没打扫过了。除此之外,都还可以。

地理位置便利,员工热情周到,附近有很多餐馆。
开车进来的时候我就很失望,但我还是决定相信网上看到的照片,抱着试试看的心态来了。我被安排在一楼的房间,按照我的习惯,我直奔卫生间……结果发现房间脏得令人作呕,我赶紧跑出去要求换房。
我千里迢迢飞过来,怎么会住进这么个破烂地方!后来换到了二楼的房间,好多了,我问他们为什么会给我安排到第一个“人间地狱”?酒店员工都很热情,但是夜班的那个女员工态度极其恶劣,说话也很生硬,一点都不友好,一点忙都帮不上。幸好我没多住一晚。
房间里没有免费的饮用水,冰箱也是空的。
这绝对是我住过的最糟糕的酒店,我发誓我以后绝对不会再住Quality Inn,也不会推荐给任何人。
这里根本没有“品质”可言!!
感觉就像住在这个街区一样,到处都是围栏什么的,非常奇怪。这绝对是狂野的南方……或者东部,或者亚特兰大国际机场附近什么地方……
