Got back to the hotel after they cleaned the room and the new towel i got was dirty . Like fresh dirt spots all over it. It clearly was not washed .

Room was ok other than not as clean as would expect and coffee pot was not usable - cleanliness.
Check was horrible as took 45 minutes after arrival (1.25 hrs. after reservation made) for hotel to see booking from *******. Not sure what caused this but attempted to use ******* CHAT - TERRIBLE AND USELESS

房子挺大的，但是比较旧，总体来说性价比还是很不错的。游五大湖过程中的必经之路，挑选完还是挺满意的。4.5分吧。
铁锈潮让这座城市有盛转衰，这家酒店的设施能看出端倪，作为这座城市为数不多的酒店，服务还是可以的
房间又大又干净，床也很舒服。前台员工非常友好，乐于助人。这是一次非常棒且经济实惠的体验。
感觉就像穿越回了70年代的酒店，停车场对于箱式货车来说有点小，但房间干净整洁，早餐没什么值得称赞的！

这家酒店设施老旧，房间也不够干净。柜台上有咖啡渍，按摩浴缸边缘还有头发。按摩浴缸上的毛巾很脏。冰箱和微波炉的架子上积满了灰尘，就像照片里看到的一样，积了一层厚厚的灰尘。淋浴间太小了，我几乎没法冲，感觉就像宿舍里的淋浴一样。按摩浴缸非常令人失望，因为它太小了，我和老公挤不进去，我一个人几乎挤不进去，感觉它简直可以当婴儿浴盆用。墙上好像有牙膏之类的东西，放纸巾的栏杆上粘了点东西。总而言之，唯一的优点就是床很舒服。考虑到177美元的价格，我非常不满意，很遗憾地说，我不会再住这里了。
