I absolutely loved my stay here and would 100% return. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star is the room upkeep. The first time i used the shower there was yellow residue on the walls and just the timeliness of housekeeping, turn down service etc. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the housekeeper and she was a gem.

The pictures are all a lie. The only place that looks like the pictures are of the lobby. Once you enter the rooms. It’s not very clean.

Alot of the staff werenot approachable but those that were were very friendly... although they had entertainment. I found it to be very boring. They do have a nightclub but when I was told it was 18 and older and being that I’m 40 and over, I didn’t even waste my time walking in the door.

早上有3个小时停水，我没法准备好去吃早餐。前台倒是愿意给我换到另一栋楼的房间暂时用一下，但我觉得太折腾了。自助餐的食物也总是不及时补充，很多时候都是空的。
我妈妈一直很想去这家酒店，所以我决定给她一个惊喜。我们很喜欢这里的氛围，而且活动设施非常丰富。他们有水上活动、游戏室、冲浪池、滑梯等等。我们玩得很开心。唯一让人失望的是食物，要找到我们真正喜欢的东西简直像个挑战。食物水平很不稳定，大多数时候都不尽如人意。这真的是我唯一能提出的改进建议。饮品普普通通，没什么特别的。咖啡馆也还可以，我很喜欢它是24小时营业的。如果食物有所改善，我会考虑再来的。欢迎派对也很热情周到，有玫瑰和香槟，这是一个很棒的细节。
我们住得很愉快，因为房间和卫生间都很舒适。游泳池、餐厅和公共卫生间等公共区域也很干净，服务态度很好。
我在离开牙买加月亮宫酒店的经历令人震惊，完全无法接受。
当我试图离开度假村时，工作人员因为我仍然戴着手环而阻止了我。在入住、住宿和退房期间，我从未被告知需要归还手环。他们非但没有冷静地解释，反而迅速升级了事态。
当我走到出口时，保安人员试图用手环挡住大门阻止我离开。最终，我不得不强行通过出口才能离开酒店。这不是可以通过沟通解决的误会——而是我被蓄意阻挠离开的情况。
无论出于何种意图，仅仅因为手环就阻止客人离开酒店都是严重违反酒店规章制度的行为，并引发了重大的法律和安全隐患。任何度假村在任何情况下都无权限制、拘留或阻挠试图离开的客人——尤其是在没有事先通知、解释或征得同意的情况下。
处理此事的方式令人感到胁迫、恐吓，而且完全不成比例。原本只需简单澄清一下政策，却造成了一种很容易被解读为非法限制人身自由的局面。这不仅从客户服务的角度来看是不可接受的，而且还可能使度假村面临严重的法律责任。
对于一家自诩为豪华度假胜地的酒店来说，员工培训不足、沟通不畅以及对客人自主权缺乏尊重，实在令人震惊。这件事给我的整个入住体验蒙上了阴影，让我感到不安而非放松。
我强烈建议任何考虑入住这家度假村的人，务必认真思考自己是否能够接受入住一家连客人离店时的基本行动自由都得不到尊重的酒店。
我和伴侣一起庆祝了他的60岁生日，他一直赞不绝口，说这是他收到的最棒的生日礼物。
我们度过了一段美好的时光。酒店员工非常热情友好，从抵达酒店到入住期间都服务周到。我一定会向所有人推荐穆姆宫酒店。
我一定会再次入住。
