Clean & comfort room. The staff was nice & pleasant. The breakfast was delicious what we had because there was a lot of teams present and she couldn’t keep up with how much the guys were eating.

While a smaller sized Hampton Inn, it was perfect for our weekend stay. Our daughter just moved to Sandusky and we will be coming back to this Hampton Inn for sure!

Decent facilities, weak staffing

Fairly clean and up to date facilities. Staff were less friendly than your average hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. Had to wait far too long for refills of the hot foods. No standard tea options were available - everything had some fruit flavour. No basic black tea for two days running. There’s a Walmart around the corner, send someone. Given the many options in town, I would not stay there again.

Was a nice hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast area was a bit cramped but had a nice selection of food. Offers of bottled water as we were leaving was a nice touch

I’m finding that Comfort Inns are middle of the road. Been to 2 in the last 2 months. The one in Findlay was pretty run down inside and out. The one in Sandusky Ohio had some work done on it but the mattresses were in need of being replaced. Staffing seemed a little short especially with breakfasts at both places. Been to other hotels where they check on the breakfast items all the time to keep them replenished and the coffee.

Put in bay trip

The places we’ve been staying are equal to the rating that it’s been given banana a nine should not be an average room like it has been. I try to rely on the rating, but it doesn’t seem like it’s working out as well as I thought.
