酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you found our location and the kitchenware in your apartment convenient. I am so sorry that you were disappointed in the amount of servicing you received and for the inconvenience of the ventilation noise. You do receive a general daily service, but a full service such as a change of sheets is done intermittently. Due to the design of the building, there can sometimes be a little bit of noise from the ventilation in the apartment, but we are working with the building manager and landlord to see what more can be done. 酒店回复: Dear Xiaoyan, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, we do not provide a full service for stays under 5 nights because they are only short stays. The first night the room has been deep cleaned, and the sheets are fresh. The second- and third day a daily service is provided, and the fourth night is just before checkout so obviously there is no full service and changing of sheets. I believe during your stay you requested a change of sheets because they were dirty and our staff happily assisted with this and provided a new set of sheets regardless of the housekeeping schedule and length of stay. With regards to the vending machine, our staff are not responsible for this as it is owned by coca cola. Our staff always assist as much as they can, however, there is only so much we can do, therefore we recommend that if you need any further help to please call the company as they may be able to provide more satisfactory assistance.
