The staff was friendly. The front desk attendant on Thanksgiving night was friendly and genuinely a sweetheart of a woman. The housekeeper in the elevator early the next morning was pleasant and accommodating to me and my dogs. No frills, pleasant and safe place to sleep

Staff is friendly, check in was easy room is nice, clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and close to many restaurants and shopping centers.

Parking was great and safe. Room was clean but no clock, nor phone for wake up call. No hair dryer as advertised. TV crappy.

First started off with going to my room and someone being in there already! That’s is a huge mistake to make. How do you double book rooms?! Then I go to the front desk and let them know of THEIR mistake and she then gives me a different room NOT what I booked for. I booked and PAID FOR a king bed SUITE and ended up getting a double bed non suit with no sofa as we were there for a travel baseball tournament and had kids with us. I went and told the girl that checked us in and she did NOT accommodate us. Didn’t even offer any kind of compensation, discount, nothing!
Several parents that booked with their kids had issues with their rooms smelling like mold and could barely breathe in the rooms. Pool was closed. Food was terrible. I would NOT recommend staying here. And I will be calling corporate! The whole double booking was such a huge mistake! Especially in a world we live in. Had the people been protecting themselves, this could have had a very different/terrible outcome!! Very unacceptable!!

Everything was good except for the exercise bike was making alot of noise and the led screen wasnt working. Loved the buffet breakfast.

First time I stay at these properties and I was surprised with the quality of customer service, the rooms and the breakfast: I didn't expect such a nice variety to food, before leaving the hotel.

Shower had awesome pressure. Host was awesome. Had a problem with locks and smell in 204. She moved to a better room. I would book again
