Absolutely DISGUSTING No pool access, the entire hotel smelled like urine and feces. They refused to service my room, stating they only service rooms once a week, I reserved for only two days. Staff was very rude and inconsiderate and none of the housekeeping staff could speak English.

Had an accessible room - the bars and walk-in shower in the bathroom were very helpful. Had 2 beds (were comfortable) but no place to sit other than one desk chair and was a little cramped. Kitchen was helpful and AC worked well. Did fulfill the needs. Could tell there had been some updates but could have used a little more TCL - bathroom door didn't shut all the way.
Staff was very nice and everything was clean.
Biggest problem was lack of breakfast - almost nothing left with an hour to go. Ended up having to go to a restaurant to get coffee and breakfast. Shouldn't advertise that breakfast is included unless there is more offered.

Room was nice and staff was helpful, but breakfast was really lacking. Only waffle batter (syrup was gone), a few bagels and joghurts left. Shouldn't say that breakfast was included if these are the offerings.

Going into the first room, the room was dirty, the sheets, the comforter and the overlay all had dirt on them one even dried blood. Went down and spoke with desk clerk, they switched us to another room, but she said “ we have a lot of construction workers here, they are pretty dirty, so the rooms get dirty” (everything is white they could’ve bleached it. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels. Never had. I had an issue with how dirty the bed linen was). There was hair strands all over the bathroom floor like it wasn’t even cleaned
The free breakfast is a joke, there’s a waffle maker, cereal, and yogurt. The orange juice was so thick like it was straight concentrate.
