Great pet friendly. Decent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. BUT, cockroaches in our room. Saw three, killed one, but to see that many,means the hotel as a whole has a problem. The floor was coming up in the room.

My stay was good and affordable. I think it's ridiculous to charge $20 fee if you check in early, especially when the room is already ready.

Room was clean but bathroom had no towel bars to hang them. Shower door would not stay closed during shower so towel got wet as i had to lay it on bath mat outside door on floor. Also there was a loud knocking noise coming from bathroom after use.

The room was fine minus the tv not working and the lack of temperature control. The real issue was having a rude, noisy, and inconsiderate neighbor who proceeded to blast rap music from at LEAST midnight to 6 am. Not only did this happen but 30 minutes after checking into the room a staff member keyed into the room without knocking leaving us terrified for our privacy. In addition housekeeping was very persistent on coming in after we told her multiple times we were in the room and didn't need it to be cleaned in that moment. I feel like I got what I paid for in a sense but small changes like training the staff better could have prevented many of the issues we had during our stay.

This is a family tradition for my brother and his youngest daughter who share the same birthday to come to this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub.
