Place is a half remodeled Budget Inn. Place is old. Beds were comfortable, but having your sink in the room instead of the bathroom is weird. Small old showers. Noisy hotel. Can hear other guests above and behind you room.

The staff was excellent but the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also we had to get maintenance to check our shower. There was water coming in to the light in the shower coming from upstairs.

Very slow sink drain almost clogged. Worst toilet paper we have ever used. Hotel name is not on anything including the room key.
They only had 4 luggage carts, had to wait 50 minutes to check out. Full sized full bed mattresses are to small for bed springs. Beds should be queens. WE will not be back

We know as a fact that our property has signages from both inside and outside and so we are confused that you mentioned that none of our amenities has our hotel's name. In the lobby there is our name embedded in front of the front desk. Also, the notepads, pens, telephone as well as the key booklet that you were given has our name written on it. In regards to the luggage cart, the front desk agent worked assiduously in locating one to assign to you but unfortunately it was a heavy check out day and they were all being occupied by other guests which was no fault of us and he had apologized to you for the inconvenience it may have caused. However, we will take your concern regarding the mattress and he toilet paper in to consideration to alleviate such issue. I hope that you will have a good rest of your day!

Room was nice. Staff was great. Sunday, we came back to the room about 9 pm and the room had not been touched. Garbage not emptied, towels not changed bed unmade. (no biggie except for the towels) We had to ask for clean towels. PLEASE consider updating the mattresses. THEY ARE AS HARD AS A ROCK. My husband and I did not get much sleep. the matrasses are horribly UNCOMFORTABLE. That is the only reason we would NOT STAY there again. Breakfast was good and 24 coffee and tea a plus.

It was just a one-night stay, and they do allow dogs, which is a big plus. However, the shower was slippery and the water pressure was weak. The staff was great, and the internet was decent enough for streaming TV. The biggest issue was the bed — the mattress kept sliding off the metal frame, and if you’re not careful getting out, you can easily bang your shin.

VERY clean hotel(the room, hallways, lobby,etc.), great shower pressure, EXCELLENT breakfast bar included in stay! Breakfast bar had eggs, gravy, biscuits, toast, potatoes, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, water, etc. and was delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will for sure be staying here in the future!
