I stayed 6 days. On the 7th day they started tearing off the roof. I'm glad I left, they were throwing everything off the roof on to vehicles below ! The room smelled like cigarettes and I don't smoke! Live and learn...

This was a decent place for a short stay in Louisville however i found some of the front desk staff a bit absent minded with certain questions and help.
Other than this, there wasn't much more i can add except in future they need to inform guests of why fees are taken from cards if "reserve now, pay later" options are chosen!

Room was nice, had a few inconveniences, such as the light switch did not work beside the door, and the shower door you had to slam to close fully, other then those issues the room was amazing

Overall a good experience, however is been 4 days since checking out, still haven't seen my $100 refund on the smoking deposit
