Room is very clean. The staff were very friendly. Room is spacious and the price was reasonable. I would certainly stay there again the next time I’m in Toronto.

Things started off on the wrong foot, lots of issues with room service (including a two-hour wait for eggs, pacifying with lies rather than just telling the truth, and culminating with a live worm on the fruit), and the hotel just said that they knew I’d be there for awhile and to let them know if they could do something for me. Rather than just doing something, other than not charging for the meal with the worm. Some of these things would have been brushed off at a regular hotel, but considering the price, I expected a whole lot better. There are plenty of nice places to stay for cheaper.

The room was clean and facilities were good. The staff was quite responsive and provided a special welcoming surprise in our room for our anniversary. It was very much appreciated.

Good location and room was clean and well appointed. Pool was nice (possibly a little chilly) and the hot tub. I was disappointed the women’s steam room was broken for our whole stay.

Rooms were very nice and spacious, lots of storage for our luggage and clothes. Staff were also nice, we were able to leave our luggage at their storage after checking out to do a last minute visit to Casa Loma. My one wish is for the mini fridge to be a bit more spacious, we werent able to fit any takeaway food in it. Lovely stay overall!!

The room was wonderful, exceeded expectations. The bed was mediocre. It felt sunken in the middle. And my attempt to order room service breakfast in the morning turned into an hour long wait… blamed on a printer. Which I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t start calling around for a breakfast update. No compensation was given, even though it was alluded to. The avocado toast was mushy.
