I was upset that my room was canceled. I arrived and told that they had canceled my reservation. My cc had been hacked after making the reservation and tried to use my old card before I arrived. So they just canceled my room. I was not happy. Thankfully they had a room available at a higher price than my reservation.

The rooms smelt bad musty smell in air conditioner. Unfortunately it took a few days to recover, when you have allergies to mold. Ruined most of our cruise.

Do not recommend!
Had two rooms for a week to attend a school, one for myself and one for a coworker. Although clean, both rooms had an odor to them. Room service was well below satisfactory. My bed was never made, did not receive clean towels daily, and I had to go to the front desk twice to ask for coffee. The ONLY thing that had been done to my room was the garbage was emptied with the trash cans left sitting in the middle of the floor. The ice machine was out of order on the second floor and the jets in the hot tub did not work. I only leave reviews on two occasions and that being for exceptional service and really bad service; this being the only bad service review I've ever left. I do not expect perfection by any means, however, I do expect the standard service.

Average Stay
Hotel smelled very musty and damp, they had humidifiers running in the hallway. Breakfast, no one was keeping things going, pancake maker stopped working and no one checked it. Good enough for the night, but would pay more for a better place.
