High standards matter.
It wasn’t clear when making the reservation that I needed to list who the reservation was for and it delayed their check in. Other than that it was perfect

We found bugs in our beds. Several roaches were crawling on the floor. The lamps were broken. The bathtub leaked, used all our towel to soak it up. Very unsatisfied.

It smelled of ****, the furniture was soiled and stained, air conditioner had rust and mold , part of the flooring was missing,

Anna at check in was rude, had no concept of customer service and when I asked her how long she had worked there she said 4 months which is plenty of time to settle into the job and be able to answer questions without snapping at her clients. I have stayed here several times and this is the major draw back to this hotel. Considering canceling my September reservations.

I stayed for two nights and had a mostly great experience. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made check-in feel warm and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a Jacuzzi—such a nice touch and definitely a highlight!
There was a minor hiccup with the bedding the first night, as there was a strange smell that made it a bit hard to sleep. However, once I let the front desk know, they responded kindly and promptly helped me by changing the sheets. I really appreciated their willingness to fix the issue.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way the staff handled it showed they truly care about their guests. With a little more attention to housekeeping details, this place can easily be a good stay.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable place with great service, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely consider staying again!

The tub did not have non skid material so taking a shower you really had to watch your footing or you were going down. Staff acted like they could care less about you. It we just me, I can deal with it but not a place to take family
