It was very clean and tidy. Furniture in room was beat up but lived tgat they had a microwave and refridgerator.

I waited 15 minutes at front desk to be acknowledged while staff member was on her cell phone, carpet dirty and stained. My room was filthy and smelled. There was garbage in trash can, refrigerator with old food and door was sticky with dust and food stuck to it. Floors were hardwood and had food crumbs in front of beds. Coffee pot with used pod. I went to front desk to notify staff member and did a walkthrough of room and she agreed room wasn’t clean. I asked for refund and because I booked through a third party she would have to tell Manager to contact third party for refund. My family luckily was able to book a room at Hampton Inn which I would highly recommend staying there.

Internet was fine, the whole place needs to be redone. The carpets are bare, the furniture is old and worn and out of style, and even the bedding is dated.

The person who checked me in was exceptionally nice and very helpful. Though it is branded as part of a chain, this location is a family owned franchise and they work very hard to make customers happy. I was pleasantly surprised by room. Recently painted room. Nicely decorated. Great tv. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again if in this part of PA.

Stayed in room 213. Had mold growing on the wall down by the floor of the bath tub. 12” x 10” patch. Faucet was literally ready to fall off. I didn’t expect a top notch hotel however this property needs a lot of TLC. Now with that said and to be fair the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Late arrival, friendly staff, room is clean, bathroom showing wear, but clean, bedding questionable, couldn't tell if the sheets were clean for a nrew guest, not very clean, 2 remotes for the tv, very confusing, overall was ok for the price, would stay again

The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs! When we checked in the carpet in the room had an order and it really needed to be aired out. I went to the desk and asked if they had any deodorizer and she said yes. She came and sprayed. It helped for a little bit, it didn’t really fix the issue. The water took a bit to warm up in the bathroom as well. The beds were comfortable. If those issues were fixed would have given 5 stars. Still a decent stay overall!

This was a great stay for a quick overnight while on route. However, like many American continental breakfasts, there are such unhealthy, sugary, packaged, carb heavy options. The banana was good! I get the convenience of putting these out, but I wonder if we could put out a few packs of whole grain bagels and cream cheese/butter, yogurt, and some grab and go fruit? Just an idea…. Staff was lovely and lots of nice seating areas. Super close to mall!
