The hallways had a distinct mildew odor, though it was tolerable in the rooms. The rooms were quite dirty. Significant visible detritus around the entire perimeter and against furniture. There was also an unsafe, exposed splice of the power cord for the A/C unit - just bare wire nuts that were loosely screwed on. If we had a young child with us, it would have been very unsafe.

Bed linens were very nice. The rest of the room was sub par. Carpet felt damp. Cloth chair and foot stool very dirty/stained. Curtains hung above climate control unit and were moldy, wet with black mildew, which I’m allergic. I would not recommend or book another night stay at this property.

We stayed at Comfort Inn Metro Airport for 3 nights during a business trip. The property is older but decent in terms of basic facilities.
However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing:
Staff service: The front desk staff were not welcoming, and when we raised concerns, they seemed uninterested in resolving them. On Sept 25, when we followed up about housekeeping, the staff simply said they would “tell the manager” but showed no accountability.
Housekeeping: Room service must be requested before 8 AM, which we did at 6:30 AM on our second day. Unfortunately, when we returned late that evening, the room had not been cleaned at all.
Wi-Fi: The internet connection was unreliable. It frequently disconnected and became very slow at night, making it difficult to work. Each reconnection was a cumbersome process. For business travelers, this is a major drawback—be prepared with a backup plan.
Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was unsatisfactory, with mostly processed food and limited fresh options.
Overall, it felt like the hotel is run with minimal staffing, prioritizing cost-cutting over guest experience. For leisure travel this might be tolerable, but for business trips, I would not recommend it due to poor service and unreliable internet.

The shower leaks.
Fan in yhe bathroom comes on every time you turn the light on ( disturbing night sleep) despite other lights in the bathroom that dont work.

Overall the room was clean, had to go back and recleaned the toilet which had old urine stains that never been cleaned around the toilet and tub needed to be recleaned as well.

方便到机场,到店后可以预订去机场的免费班车。房间不大,早餐洗澡都可以,经济实惠。
房间大小还可以,卫生间比较小,转机的时候住的,在机场等Shuttle,等了蛮久,主要是他们这里4家酒店拼着用,我们赶上的车子上是Holiday inn的标识。但是房间里面有许多小虫子飞,感觉有点不舒服。
酒店多次收取信用卡押金,两晚250美金左右的房费除了房费收取外,还两次被收了合计500美金的押金
携程在筛选供应商方面太差了
酒店整体还可以!
