Stay was terrible!!!!!!!! Walked in the shower was running and the tub had a dirt ring around it. Smell in the room and all around was bad. No night shift manger staff was unwilling to help and accommodate the guest like it was my fault. Nasty bad place to stay

The property is extremely run down and dirty. I was there for 4 nights and I noticed the elevator was never swept or anything. It’s quite a dirty place. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, however.

Parking was well lit. There were two individuals just sitting on the edges of the lot but they didn’t pay attention to us. I felt safe.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Room was clean.

Don’t stay there

Dirty actual blood spots on carpet and on a wall. Dried food on the table. No plug for bathtub. Pool water was very cold and no towels. No phone in one of the rooms and one of the mini fridges smelled of fish so bad couldn’t use it. Hallways smelled of ****. Just don’t stay there.

Black mold found in room; breakfast coffee area walls were gross with splattered coffee; nobody cleaned any tables/counters or refilled anything during breakfast

Will not recommend to anyone. We stayed 2 nights. They never come to replace bedding and towels. Heater was not working and when I told at the service desk and said he is going to notify housekeeping. I said nothing. If he’s going to tell housekeeping to fix heater what would you expect from them, I figured not worth it to explain.
