The property is extremely run down and dirty. I was there for 4 nights and I noticed the elevator was never swept or anything. It’s quite a dirty place. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, however.

Parking was well lit. There were two individuals just sitting on the edges of the lot but they didn’t pay attention to us. I felt safe.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Room was clean.

Don’t stay there

Dirty actual blood spots on carpet and on a wall. Dried food on the table. No plug for bathtub. Pool water was very cold and no towels. No phone in one of the rooms and one of the mini fridges smelled of fish so bad couldn’t use it. Hallways smelled of ****. Just don’t stay there.

When we arrived at the Hotel, we were told there was no room available, even though we had a confirmation no. No offer was made to reimburse us. We were told we'd have to take it up with *******. Staff was not helpful or courteous...basically told us "too bad"...When we asked to speak to a Manager, we were told no one was available...Never stay at this place unless you like being mistreated and denied service!

Hotel is very run down. A lot of damage. Locks on the door to our room were broken.

Room did appear to be cleaned well. But the hotel was trashed in other area. It’s dlose to highway and food options.

Walked in and the entrance light was not working. Bathroom had a strong mildewy, musty oder as the bathroom fan was not working. Had to open the window to air things out. Three lamps had to be plugged in. Went to make coffee and while there was plenty of coffee, the basket on the coffee maker was missing. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was excellent, however the toilet had a very loose seat, the shower backed up when used. The bed comforter was torn and stained, during our three day stay no one came to clean the room, we had to go to the desk for towels and toilet paper
