I booked room with 2 beds and got room with 1 bed.Room key not working twice, Women from front desk had to come up and opene door for me so I can get in, and she said if I leave room to come and get her so I can get in to my room.I didn't like that because of safety reasons.
Very loud place with people walking all nigh in hallway slaming doors and loud tv next door

No elevator for handicap customers
TV didn't work
Phone didn't work
When asked the staff about TV not working she unplugged the TV said to wait 10 min & plug back in. That didn't work. Then when we call them back on our cell phone & she came back up, we were basically told nothing I can do, no maintenance working.

Our room door needed to be unlocked by the front desk everytime we left the room, I tried making a call to the front desk with the phone but wasn’t getting a signal, not sure how to make coffee with no machine, ***** in the tub BUT we had amazing hot water. We did love the refrigerator and will highly recommend this place.

The staff gave us another persons room and when we went up to the room after checking in we scared the poor lady that was sleeping in the room.

Great staff!!
They were so accommodating of us. We arrived more than two hours before check in time and they worked to have a room cleaned and ready to go. We came in from out of town for a wedding at 2:30 and by accommodating us we were able to freshen up and get dressed up after a four hour car ride. Such a great staff!!
