the room was great, I parked right outside the door. Staff wad very helpful with all my questions. The only issue was no TV service. System was being upgraded by Spectrum, supposed to be done by Monday, never showed up to finish the job.

We didn't realized this place is under construction/renovation at the time we visited.
I came in late around close to 11pm or so and said hi to the front desk clerk and she didn't acknowledged nor respond to my greeting. I said hi again and again but then there's still no response from her (she was on her phone)...
Then she realized that I'm in front of her from her view against the glass window with the reflection of mine. And she said i startled her. Other than that, she customer service is ok.
When going toward our assigned room, from the front lobby to the elevator to our room, most are covered with plastic linings on the carpet from the renovation i think, and inside the elevator's floor are partially ripped from the renovation work as well. The room we were in was with some minor spots of stains (dried blood or some sort), from the window curtains and from the bathroom's wall. The pillows are with a couple of long hair strings as well. Not to mention the surroundings of the premises are mostly accompanied with lots of dumped mattresses and old furniture and their main, front entrance are being blocked with yellow construction tapes (renovation work).
Overall experience was ok. Nothing major to report other than the renovation work allover the premises.
Oh, the room didn't have any iron/iron board for use, and asking them without any spare for use either.
We might give it another shot (after the renovation work).

This place is under construction and should not really be open. An entire hallway is covered in plastic. The elevator moves so slowly that it feels unsafe. There were people screaming in the room next to mine. I left and asked for a refund.

Hotel was undercontruction. It was not only unpleasant to stay there but suspect many safety codes were being broken.

Everything was broken... literally the worst place i have stayed in a while. No tv no internet blood in my floor. Just bad all around
非常棒的房间，房间带阳台，阳台上可以看到近在咫尺奔腾的小河，很养眼！早餐品种丰富，但有些饮品限量，有专人盛早餐，不能自取！酒店地理位置很好，闹中取静，距离最繁华的主街道只有1公里，去大烟山也很方便！

入住很快，上完课后我累了，所以真的很感激。房间是吸烟房，我没意识到我预订了，抽屉里、床头柜、冰箱和冰桶里都有烟灰。窗帘很脏。床单上沾满了污渍，地板上还有一只老鼠。我想不用说，我肯定没住进去。前台的那位年轻女士非常抱歉，并且毫不犹豫地帮我退款了。酒店似乎位于一个不错的区域，去我要去的地方非常方便，那里有很多餐厅和商店可供选择。我讨厌这次不愉快的经历，希望其他人不要遇到我这样的经历！
浴室淋浴/浴缸很脏。翻新工程原定于上午9点开始，但7:30就开始了，而且噪音很大。隔壁一位客人的健康检查令人担忧，也让人有点不安。这不是工作人员的错，他们已经尽可能地礼貌谨慎了。
这是我住过的最脏最恶心的酒店，马桶里满是刹车痕迹，淋浴间漏水不止，浴缸是绿色/棕色的，椅子上到处都是污渍，地毯也脏得可怕。霉味很重，而且很热。以后再也不会来了。
没有空调。我们房间温度从未低于89度。蟑螂到处都是，在沙发垫下发现了一个三明治
