Room was fine but we did not get new towels on Saturday nor did we get any garbage or recycle pickup. That was a bit disappointing - and our beds didn’t made during the three days (it was a two day reservation hooked with my friends reservation for one night).

Front desk was amazing! I didn’t think I was even able to check in as I was early. The staff was amazing! (Didn’t get her name) very warm and welcoming. She was also multitasking trying to find a cab for 2 pilots. She was so great!! Checked in Nov 29 at 130!!

The king size bed sank on one side when you got into bed. You felt like you had to sleep sideways and lean inwards. There was debris of some sort under the desk and shelf where the vaccuum had obviously either did not reach or was not used. I happen to look underneath when looking for a dropped item.

I stayed for two nights and was not able to have my room cleaned because of an every two day work shift, which I was not told about when I checked in. I got towels from the pool area. Used the hot tub twice , which was like warm at best and the jets were not working .

门把手需要修理，浴室门无法锁紧，所以锁不上，浴室里也没有风扇，真是令人惊讶。服务非常出色，非常周到。热水浴缸不能用。真希望在入住前告知我们。
一切都很棒，除了餐厅没有营业，而且我预订时期待现场有一家餐厅。
