Staff were very helpful. The toilet continued to run unless we lifted the handle up and there appeared to be water running from somewhere near the toilet. there was obvious water damage in bathroom ceiling. The coffee pot didn't work.

My husband couldn’t even stay he is there for work we had to pay for another hotel and you refuse to respond for a refund. As small as a closet no privacy and the bathroom was so small he could sit normal on the toilet this is such awful customer service.

The room was very clean. The bed was a little surprising. It was too noisy. If you moved, the springs made all kinds of noise. We kept waking each other up every time we moved in the bed. And the blinds need to be darker. Since there is another business next door with cars going by

Always my stay, when coming up for Buckeyes games, always a nice experience. Close to the stadium and plenty of dining options in the area. Breakfast is always amazing. Love this hotel!!

Smell of pot as soon as we walked in. Very dirty and run down. Extra lock on our door was broken off. Checked out 10 minutes after we checked in. No refund. Lost what we paid for a 2 night stay. Pictures on the website were not accurate. Terrible experience!

This property is conveniently located to the highway, shopping, dining, gas stations, etc. The parking lot has been recently repaved. The breakfast options were very good.

Could use improvement!
Our room was extremely small and tight - only a path to walk around the Queen bed. The hairdryer didn't work - I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work so I had to use my cell phone and call from the "outside." They did bring a hairdryer right up. Breakfast wasn't impressive. Our first night there, there were 3 cars that had windows broken out and one car was actually stolen from right in front of the front door and lobby window. The walls are certainly not soundproof, so if you're a light sleeper . . . beware.
