The sofa was thread bare and had blood stains. The plumbing was loud when other rooms use showers or flushed. Loud enough the wake me up. The door automatically slams shut so loudly that i was likely waking other guests. The ceiling had unsightly water marks and poor quality repair lines in the drywall. It felt like it was going to fall in on me. Tv volume could not be adjusted. Tea bags leaked and fell apart. Sharp edge on floor between carpet and tile.

Excellent staff. Jen at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Jake helped carry our bags to the room and helped with the very confusing t.v.listings/remote control!

Everything was very good, not real happy with service. Couldnt get towels, or bed made. We were here 4 days

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Linda at the front desk was amazing and we were able to check in early so we can get to the wedding we were in town for on time

We stayed in a pet room. It was clean, but did have a musty smell. Everyone was very polite and accommodating.

The hotel is in the very back of a lot, poorly lit and no signs. i needed a place to stay, unexpectedly, due to a family emergency. this hotel was recommended for easy access to the highway, which it was, but since it was dark, it was hard to spot and not visible from the road. even when i drove up to it, it took a bit to realize it was the hotel. front entrance is not very brightly lit and there no directional signs.
the room was clean and up to date, except there are no USB ports in the rooms.
the only staff i encountered was the desk clerk at check in, who was nice.

The room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Only gripe would be it would be nice if they freshen up the room daily. Or at least ask.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. The TV size was outstanding. Only downfall was the breakfast. We were there for three days (had breakfast every morning) and all of the breakfast options were not tasty at all.
