We have contacted the bank as matter of urgency for the refund of the amount back to the car. This is not the service we intend to extend to provide. 房间干净整洁。酒店里有家中餐厅，味道很棒。我原本以为在市中心商务区会很吵，但一点都不吵。如果你想住在中央商务区，这是个很棒的酒店，视野也很好。
Sorry I got confused with another property! This property was very old. Nothing great. Wish I stayed at another airport hotel.
工作人员友好乐于助人，床很舒服。湖景和户外区域都很棒。健身房和泳池区域维护得很好。记得提前预订，这里总是满房。

房间内部设施一般，相当于国内的100-300快捷酒店……酒店距离机场5分钟车程，有接送机服务。早餐种类尚可。濒临维多利亚湖，风景挺好，就是小虫子有点多……原生态，大自然……
酒店盗刷了我的信用卡16000美元。我出差超过35年，从未遇到过这种情况！请注意，虽然网站上写着万豪酒店，但千万不要指望这家酒店的运营方式与万豪酒店相差甚远。（我正在就此事提出异议，已向万豪集团和信用卡公司举报……）
在乌干达旅行了三周后，我们想度过一个美好的最后一晚，于是去了Portea酒店。我点了汤作为开胃菜，我丈夫点了烤蔬菜。开胃菜真的非常美味。主菜我犒劳了自己一份昂贵的菲力牛排。结果简直是一场灾难。它根本就不是菲力牛排，而是一种薄得毫无味道的肉。蘑菇酱尝起来只有牛奶的味道，一点调料都没有。我丈夫点了羊肉，肉又薄又干，根本吃不下去。我们直接退了餐，然后向经理投诉。他只是道了歉，仅此而已。我们还是得付钱。真是丢人！！！！
这家酒店非常适合您抵达和最后几天的住宿。酒店餐厅非常棒，员工也非常友好！泳池很棒，健身中心提供各种选择。按摩服务也很棒。客房可俯瞰维多利亚湖，并设有阳台，实用又现代。床品质量也很好。
