The room had roaches. I saw two running in my room notified hotel staff the switched my room immediately but still uncomfortable after witnessing it.

The front desk clerk had the tv on so loud I couldn’t hear what he was trying to say. The area felt very unsafe. Men in the back of the hotel making noise. I was charged more than the posted rate. Nasty area and wish I had made a better choice.

No hot water in the shower and the faucet dripped. The staff were wonderful but the place needs a serious upgrade. Both in the building and breakfast

The first room we were given was saturated with cigarette smoke even though I told them we didnt want a smoking room. The second room we were given was clean, cool and fresh. The bed and bedding were very nice. The flooring in the room was a little damaged in some spots, causing me to trip in the bathroom doorway. It was difficult to reach anyone at the desk to tell them about the quality issue of the first room and then to check out. The breakfast was just ok as none of the heated items in the main area were stocked at all so we just ate cold breakfast items. The maid loudly tried to take over our room more than an hour before check out. When we told her we would be out by check out time, she had one of her children stand directly outside our door the entire last hour we were there and that really irked me. All over not great because of the mounting sub par experiences and the high price but we did enjoy the quality of the second room well enough. Will probably choose elsewhere next time.

The reviews online are deceiving. The room was stinky, had peeling paint, dirty, and overall a disappointment. We had reservations for two nights but only stayed for one. I would pay to not stay in this place. These comments are very gracious. Stay somewhere else.
