1. The room key card system has a bug, allowing a maximum of two cards. If you have more than two, the original ones won't work either.
2. The water filter can accommodate a maximum of six bottles. If you have more, they won't fit.
3. The room is not cleaned daily; it's done every two days.
4. The power socket at the bedside has poor contact and was repaired twice. It was fixed by noon, otherwise charging would have been inconvenient.
5. Some power switches are loose, and the sliding door makes noise. Guests who sleep lightly should be cautious.
6. Most importantly, there is a serious design flaw in the bedding. The mattress is smaller than the bed frame, and both myself and my family members have been hit by the bed feet on our knees multiple times. I even got a big bump, but it subsided the next day after applying an ice pack.

酒店很漂亮,设施以及装修都很新且极为齐备。
我们订的是家庭房,位于下面图2的顶跃,房间内部很宽敞。客厅、主卧的窗外湖景和海景都很漂亮。
用餐的餐厅位置不错,视野良好,酒店自带的游泳池设计别具匠心。
酒店通往邦涛海滩之间被人工景观湖隔开,但湖面上从早上8点到下午7点一直都有摆渡船运送客人。
晚上如果在邦涛海滩玩久了也不用担心,即使不穿过其它酒店,单走公共道路绕行一下,步行约15分钟也能回到酒店。
顺便提一下,图9的前台工作人员,非常热情和友好。对我这种几乎已经完全不懂英语的人,也非常耐心的努力把酒店注意事项逐一告诉我,还附带了一张中文的酒店使用说明书,这点对我这种英语**的游客而言极为友好。
总之,这是个性价比极高,非常漂亮的酒店,下次去度假,我依然会选择这家酒店的。
连着三年选它,旺季服务式公寓,小跃层性价比还是很高,早餐不是很丰富,但是足够(西式)味道可以,追求性价比肯定不如对面Saii或是其他品牌酒店,对于本区域很熟悉,所以各种吃喝玩儿乐很方便,园区有shuttle还有泻湖游船,跟悦榕庄一个区,也很安全!
前台服务热情,🈶主动问候,反应速度很快,位置相对安静,打车去景点200-500泰铢差不多了。跟住宅是一个小区,全面俄罗斯化,中文游客很少,对游客英语水平有挑战,因为他们🈶俄语员工,这都不是重点……
1.门卡最多两张,再多一张系统有Bug,原来的也用不了
2.过滤瓶装水最多六瓶,多了没有
3.房间不是每天打扫,两天清理一次
4.房间床头插座接触不良,修了两次,中午搞好了,否则充电都不方便
5. 部分电源开关松动,推拉门🈶杂音,睡觉轻的要注意
6.最重要的,床品设计存在严重缺陷。床垫小于床架,本人和家人多次被床脚碰到膝盖,我甚至肿了一个大包。好在用冰袋敷一下还第二天消肿了。

酒店非常不错,每次到普吉岛都住这间酒店,悦榕庄旗下的品牌酒店公寓,服务生热情周到,可以在酒店吃饭,也可以在房间里自己做饭,非常方便!疫情后第一次重返旧地,感觉Luguna度假村(酒店在其中)和村外的town变得越来越好了,餐厅、酒吧、咖啡馆多了很多,新建了一个大购物中心,到处都是欧美客人,全球美食+丰富多彩的泰国夜生活,真正是理想的度假胜地!12月份来天气特别舒服,早晚不热,应该是泰国最好的季节。Luguna这个亚洲最大的度假村里,有12个悦榕庄旗下的品牌酒店,由泻湖连接在一起,摆渡驳船可以把各个酒店的客人送到各酒店的私家海滩和其他酒店,享用安达曼海的美丽景色、及各个酒店的餐厅、SPA和高尔夫球场。最主要的是客人感觉到的特别安全、安心感!
非常喜欢这家酒店。早餐很棒!有三种汤、六到七种热菜。还有蛋类菜品、素食选择、各种水果、蔬菜和甜点!
房间是两室的,有两个浴室,厨房设备齐全。感觉就像在自己家一样,甚至更好!😄
我们坐船去了沙滩,沙滩很棒,有很多沙滩椅,还有树木可以遮阳。有救生员,会提醒大家注意海浪和潜在危险。周围有池塘,有很多地方可以散步,还有商店和市场。
前台工作人员乐于助人,积极热情,非常友好!这次度假我们非常满意,满意度高达200%。感谢酒店的盛情款待!
这是我第二次入住这家酒店。办理入住时,前台的คุณอุ้ย(音译:Ui)说话很温柔,服务非常好。进入房间后,发现门锁不上,于是告知了维修人员。和我一起来的姐姐想把贵重物品放进保险箱,但保险箱锁住了打不开,所以当时就决定不用了,也没有告知酒店保险箱锁住了(忘了)。浴室的下水道堵塞了。早餐不错。去乘船游览时,开船的工作人员服务也很好。大约上午11点半游船回来,我们准备回房间拿行李退房,但房卡打不开门。于是我走到客房服务员那里,请她帮忙开门,但她说不能开(说话态度很好),并帮我打电话给主管客房服务员,让她联系前台帮我们开门(开着免提)。但是电话那头说让我们自己联系前台,如果自己不联系就让我们一直站着。客房服务员于是关掉了免提,告诉我们自己去前台联系。于是我下楼自己去前台重新刷卡。我听到客房服务员提到了主管客房服务员的名字叫“ฝน”(音译:Fon)。听到悦榕庄旗下的员工这样跟客人说话,我感到非常糟糕。我本人也曾在悦榕庄工作了13年,两家酒店都对员工进行过很好的服务培训,但遇到这样的情况,感觉非常差劲。☹️
奢华酒店。服务一流,有水上巴士(每10-15分钟一班)接送往返海滩,酒店有自己的沙滩,免费提供躺椅。美丽的湖泊,建议选择湖景房,景色绝美。拉古娜(区域)本身也很棒。我们步行去了Boat Avenue(大约15分钟的悠闲步程)。一切都非常满意。
环境:laguna度假区里性价比比较高的酒店,400多基础房,500多可以订挑高loft,出门左边200
m就有个小商业体,门口一家tops。基础吃喝物料都可以在这里买到。
酒店沙滩 可以走到都喜天丽、SA i i,参观一下周边。
一人100泰铢,商务车接送去cen tral或者巴东沙滩,性价比很高!
房间设施质量太差,感觉一碰就坏,国内二房东隔断房的装修水平,靠马路很吵,摩托车很响。好处是沙滩真漂亮,浪大好玩,还可以看日落
在 Cassia 的入住体验棒极了!房间很好,服务也很周到。我们先订了两卧室房,后来换成了带水景的一卧室房,这个选择太明智了。两间房都很干净宽敞。感谢 Baris 和他的同事们热情周到的服务!
