非常令人失望的住宿体验
我是在TikTok上看到推荐后预订的,但很遗憾,它并没有达到宣传的效果。而且它不在市中心,出行比预期的要不方便。床垫软得像要把我吞进去一样,睡起来非常不舒服。房间本身非常热——即使关掉暖气,房间里仍然很热,唯一的降温方法就是开窗。本来这也没什么,但问题是水疗泵的噪音整晚都在响,让人难以入睡。我们入住的房间可能比较旧,因为它和我们在TikTok上看到的照片完全不一样。
停车只能代客泊车,而且要25英镑,感觉太贵了。值得一提的是,房间很干净,但也很小,显然需要翻新一下。
总而言之,这次住宿体验完全没有达到我预期的放松效果。
服务一流,房间舒适。
暖气片上放着蕾丝内裤,床也凹凸不平。我们之前住过这家酒店,地理位置确实不错。但广告上说的热水浴缸居然要50英镑一对!真是太让人失望了!以前可不是这样的。更糟糕的是,我们在暖气片上发现了内裤。估计是洗干净晾干的吧?谁知道呢。雪上加霜的是,床居然还凹凸不平!总的来说,这家酒店也有一些优点。景色很棒,员工也很友好,但就这个价格而言,实在是不值。
性价比极低
很遗憾,我感觉被狠狠宰了一刀。房间装潢简陋,床垫凹凸不平,服务也敷衍了事。房间里到处都是垃圾,而且只有速溶咖啡。更令人难以置信的是,住客居然还要付费才能使用水疗中心,这和支付超过200英镑的房费完全不符。八月份在苏格兰西海岸很难找到物有所值的酒店,但说真的,我真希望当初去了Premier Inn。
地理位置优越,但细节尚需改进
奥本湾酒店地理位置优越——景色迷人,交通便利,步行即可到达镇上的主要景点。仅凭这一点,它就是探索奥本的便捷之选。
然而,我们最近的家庭入住体验发现,酒店存在一些严重的客房清洁和维护问题。地毯污渍斑斑、家具破旧不堪,客房和公共区域普遍缺乏维护,这些都让入住体验不如预期舒适。对于一家潜力巨大的酒店来说,清洁和维护方面的改进将大有裨益。
此外,虽然接待人员并非粗鲁无礼,但他们往往显得漠不关心或冷漠,即使我们礼貌地与他们打招呼(我们一家人总是如此)。热情的微笑、主动的协助以及基本的客户服务培训将显著提升宾客体验。热情好客意味着让人感到宾至如归,而这始于友好周到的员工。
如果在维护和员工培训方面投入一些精力,这家酒店将会成为一家真正令人愉悦的酒店。就目前而言,地理位置是其最强大的资产,但其余部分仍需努力。
我在奥本湾酒店住了两晚——酒店位置优美,可以俯瞰海滨,非常适合观赏来来往往的渡轮。工作人员都很乐于助人,友好热情,而且很有幽默感。早餐非常棒,法式吐司、培根、枫糖浆,再加上香草冰淇淋,这对我来说绝对是第一次,而且出乎意料地美味!我很乐意以后再来度假。
工作人员很友好,接待处和餐厅位置很好,可以欣赏到水景。但是,很难接近。有很多小楼梯和狭窄的走廊。因此,如果您有很多行李或行动不便,这家酒店不适合您。房间虽小但干净、齐全。这是一家价格合理的优质酒店。没什么不寻常的:)
