客户服务技巧娴熟，能够满足客户需求，如果谈到当地及周边景点，他们会表现得既博学又平易近人。他们愿意为商务旅客提供费用信息和优化住宿方案的选择，但需要事先沟通。此外，由于老板和经理助理的热情服务，我的住宿体验非常美好，值得3.8星好评（笑）。
房间里烟味太重，我们根本待不下去——车道也脏乱不堪，这根本不是酒店，而是一家汽车旅馆……我们提前预订了两间房，结果却如此失望，真是太可惜了。我们感觉很不安全，而且那地方破败不堪，所以我们又订了一家离这里不远的漂亮酒店，价格只贵了几美元。千万别去——这就是我浪费了330美元的感受。
